My ever first experience bringing home a “burnt” noodle. Once I opened up the box, the burnt aroma just couldn’t hide! the top has less burnt noodles but it seems like the burnt noodles were purposely packed at the right bottom. Shouldn’t once the chef realized there’s burnt, he has to discard and re-cook a new box because ultimately the burnt smell will somehow affect the entire box of noodles. 😡

Ordered wok hey and waited for more than 30 mins after checking they forgot to cook my order. So they just cook my order too fast and put too much chilli on it!!! They didnt even apologised for not serving my food on time. So disappointed. Staff are rude, i know they are busy but its not right to have that attitude.

They're at the open food corner of Velocity Mall, right opposite KFC and Toastbox. It's quite a spectacle to be watching their staff cook through the glass windows, and turn old school tse char to be this modern. Order process is quick and straightforward, and they even have online ordering methods which is lovely. Got the egg fried rice with prawns, and pretty like it. Not something that I'd eat daily though, can be quite fattening, especially with the carbs, salt, and oil that goes into the unbalanced meal.

Take away their fried rice and customize my own protein and stuff. I like how convenient you can choose your own stuff and they always put up a good show like tossing the rice up and down. I like seeing how my food is cooked freshly in front of me. Highly recommended for fast takeaway.

It wasn't that long queue when I visited for lunch. They always display the queuing time in front of the store so we know how long we expected to wait. Only take-away for the order. The price and the portion were considered ok. I like the seafood fried rice at this outlet. The other like shanghai fried rice and their ramen are also good.

Tried the fried cauliflower rice with grilled chicken, kale and chilli ($2.5 upgrade from normal fried rice). Interesting and tasty enough, and good that they have this healthier option. Though will likely go back to having the original egg fried rice again the next time.

Got their Xmas edition “Truffle Fried Rice Max”! It also came with a pretty Xmas edition takeaway box! And the moment I opened it, there’s a strong earthy truffle smell! But the fried rice does not have an overpowering truffle taste, which was good. And same as their egg fried rice, it was coated with many eggs! The cheesy chicken bratwurst was snappy and there was lots of cheese inside! Actually it also came with dried cranberries and macadamia nuts in the fried rice but I requested not to add them because I don’t like sweet or crunchy stuff in my fried rice. 😛 Haha!

This is an amazing and lovely place to eat inside Raffles City, City Hall. Amazing hospitality, amazing food, amazing staff and amazing prices... 👏 😀 😋.. Definitely worth enjoying here...

Quick and cheap. I had the fried rice with chicken. Takes about 5mins and costs 7.30. You can also try Udon here. Next time!

Everything you need for a great fried rice in a deceptively small box. The Japanese rice was fluffy and distinct, and if you can take spicy , add the chilli for the extra kick! Most importantly as the name suggests, there’s great Wok Hey! 🤤🤤🤤

My colleague and I ordered the Christmas truffle udon and truffle fried rice. Food was hot. We love the Christmas turkey and my favourite has got to be the truffle fried rice!

Ordered their Xmas menu for lunch. Staff was nice and friendly. The food is very filling and they're very generous w the meat that they gave. Worth the money in my opinion & ofc their chilli is very nice.

I must say the Abalone Black Pepper Fried Rice Max exceeded my expectation. The fried rice was flavourful with peppery and garlicky note to it. For the price, I assumed that the abalone is going to be tiny and rubbery but I was wrong! The abalone tasted so good, was succulent and the sweet-juicy pineapples were great addition to balance out the peppery fried rice.
