Beware of this super lousy attitude guy. A simple question to whether my food is ready and he do not even have the courtesy to reply and still show me attitude. Wok hey, you can do better at hiring better staff. Would have given him zero star if google review allows.

If i knew the waiting time would be 30 mins, i wouldn’t have ordered. They didnt even bother to display the waiting time and now i can’t refund. what a ripoff aye? Two staff working the lunch hour? With more than a backlog of 30 orders.

Tried their truffle fried rice recently and its delicious. The truffle taste is on point and I can see that they added truffle sauce and truffle oil.

Wow! Just amazed that so many reviews about black T-shirt guy are already listed and Wok Key hasn't bothered to do anything about it! Well, I am new in Singapore and honestly didn't expect rude behaviour without any reason at all. Hope this time Wok Hey does some customer service. And ofcourse it takes 40 mins when they say 20-30 mins too. Won't buy from this branch now!
