Terrible service. Waited 20 min when there was only 1 order ahead of me because the staff skipped my order and gave the orders to the customer who ordered after me.

Service was just absolutely not there. Manager Lucas was busy doing his own stuffs behind the counter and not bothered there’s a queue of customers ready or order. Stood in front first for quite awhile and asked if he could take my order and he just gave me an aggressive wave to ask me to wait till his done without any explanation. One of the worst experience I have with wok hey and would totally recommend people to not get from there.

The staff, Fuxian (tan-looking male, with specs and a cap), at this outlet was so rude. From the moment I placed my order (I was the only person in line and only order to be cooked), the staff did not even communicate with me once and it took about 15 minutes for my food to be done. Decided to walk back to the store at the 10th minute, I found him cooking my food and kept using his phone and at the same time he stopped cooking to talk on the phone! Next, after he packed my food I kindly reached out my hand to collect it from him while he was walking to pass it to me he decided to just rudely drop my food on the counter without even looking at me. Absolutely rude staff and an outlet with slow efficiency! Will never visit back this outlet

Told 15 minutes wait time. Waited more than 25 minutes. Only when I approached the counter to ask about the status of my order did the staff check the Q numbers. Multiple orders after my order had already been prepared and ready but mine was nowhere in sight. Staff then handed me an order that was the same ingredients but totally different Q number. If that was my order why didn’t the staff tell me it was ready even though I stood right beside the collection counter with no one else in sight? In any case, I wouldn’t have known that that was my order as the number I had been given on my receipt was completely different from the one printed on the order box. Definitely won’t come back here.

Food so so …. Service real bad very rude … atmosphere is very good cause new mall stall… shrimp egg fried rice with 3 shrimp $7.90 taste pale(think short of salt )

Ordered on Wok Hey's website before heading down to collect. Once order is ready, I received an SMS to go down to collect. It was a hassle-free experience. Would recommend to order beforehand as waiting time can go up to 40 minutes at this outlet during peak hours. Tried their X'mas truffle MAX series for the first time, very delicious though a little pricey.

Staff unfriendly and they have a preference to settle walk in. Those using delivery app please wait a long time as they will settle walk in first
