They did a great job for service recovery. Appreciate it! Thanks. It's comfort food for my children all the time

Pissed off at my order using the self service kiosk. Told me ONLY AFTER I made payment then I need to wait "40-50 mins". Got so pissed then i just abandoned my order. Then when i am finally home, tells me that its really after 15 mins. Something must be seriously WRONG with your system. I just take that i donated $15 to you. This will be my LAST TIME ordering from Wok Hei. You can keep my order for your supper, feed the cats or even dump it into the bin for all I care!

Ordered meatless Ramen. They gifted BEEF in it. So careless. Never respect the dietary requirements of customers.

Always enjoyed the egg fried rice at wok hey! Loved the chilli that they serve, it’s spicy yet doesn’t make your tongue feel like it’s burning!
