Like the wok hey of the fried rice. Prawns were fresh and succulent, lots of them in the fried rice. Egg fried rice with grilled chicken is so-so. Chicken wasn't really well marinated. Added asparagus to the fried rice, yummy!

Clearly the most unprofessional team ever. Rude to people collecting the food especially for elderly who do not understand english. They were complaining about my mum who is there to collect the food in malay. Wok Hei please give your staff sufficient training on basic etiquette. My mum wasn’t being rude to your staff and just want her food.

Flavorful fried rice, I love their egg fried rice with prawns. I would give 5 star if it's not so expensive.

I tried the egg fried rice for the 1st time. It's good and it didnt have the rancid burnt smell like common zi char stalls that they don't wash the wok frequently after frying many dishes with the same wok. At Wok Hey l saw the staff washed the wok after frying.

Absolutely disappointing experience! Ordered beef fried rices a couple weeks ago and it came without beef? I had to run all the way back to the store and request for a another one. Ordered chicken ramen today and when I reached home and checked, (surprisingly) came without the chicken!! I live 30 mins away from that place and was too tired to even travel back and ask the staff there for another one. Terrible service, will not go back and order anymore

Bought Standard Shanghai Fried Rice. Went back home, transferred the plate for dinner. Oil was slight up, egg was not spread out evenly rather there were chunks. Overall it could have been better. Understand due to turnover of manpower, quality may differ from time to time, the basic quality taste at WOK HEY should be maintained. Similarly the Cauliflower Rice was not tasteful. I hope feedback is taken in good spirits for business.

Terrible !!! Waiting time super long! Not that the food is super fantastic or wat… totally not worth the wait! Waited for 35 mins for a mere fried ramen … my q nbr was 28 … they called the q number 27, I was waiting patiently thinking that my food will be ready next. After another 5 mins gone, they pressed q nbr 29. Even the food for q 30 was ready by then. Walked up to the cashier and asked for my food then only they passed it to me. Turn out, my fried ramen was sitting there for almost 10 mins, with me stupidly waiting … so annoying! Wasted 35mins of my 1 hour meal break for this lousy terrible food!!! And the fried ramen wasn’t even hot!!!

ordered online for the first time & the pick-up process was rather fast!! tried the xmas menu. the truffle fried rice max and truffle udon max was super tasty & had great portion 👍🏼 you'll love it if u love truffle

One of the staff was very friendl, last time I here to order Fresh Ramen Seasoned Prawn W/o cabbage & onion. The taste was good when going for break time for 45 minutes at my workplace.
