Ordered the egg fried rice with chicken, the food tasted good and I felt the price was just right for its worth. The lady at the counter took my order with a nice attitude. My order took around 10 minutes so waiting time was not so bad. I will admit I actually like the packaging of the food as it reminds me of American Chinese style takeout boxes and is quite portable and nice. 👍

Quantity is too little. Asked for chilli but did not give chilli as well. Way overpriced for the quantity.

The picture taken was when I started ordering, it shows 10-20mins wait, but actual wait was 40mins (yes! 2x!)! Looking at prior reviews also reflected slowness in its service, so do be aware of the long invisible queue :(after 20mins in the queue they changed the label to 30-40 mins wait, so I pity those who ordered after, perhaps 1hr wait. Would appreciate if the wait time label is more accurate. However, food wise it's still yummy and with reasonable quality, had the shanghai fried rice with grilled chicken 👍but the unexpected long wait can definitely be looked at and improved.

5 star for the food and taste 5 star for the packaging and branding 3 star because always rush and you have to wait atleast 15 minutes there and no place to sit or eat. Been there multiple times and always loved the taste.. price wise also it's good.

Not organized. Waiting time over 30min. Not using queue number (not displayed). You have to keep ask for your food is ready or not. Unfriendly people. Finally got wrong order and waited another 2min. Awesome.

Hottest outlet, supervisor totally don’t understand English at all & my boy came back w udon instead of ramen which i had wanted. My boy told him ramen and he kept shaking his head, y? My husband ate e udon & Broccoli & cabbage inside was totally raw. Horrible meal ever had.

Ordered the normal egg fried rice with beef and changed to cauli rice. I think they forgot the salt. No taste at all.

Tried the Truffle Fried Rice MAX and Truffle Udon MAX. Bold and luxurious truffle flavours infused into the rice and udon. The truffle smell is pretty pronounced the moment I collect and open the box. Love the umami flavour! It's so unique to have macadamia nuts and cranberries in rice and especially udon, and I'll say, this combination is a good idea! The taste complemented so well with the truffle rice/udon. The smoked turkey ham is tender and chewy, has just enough saltiness and flavour.
