Ordered the egg fried rice with chicken, the food tasted good and price was just right for its worth. Despite some negative reviews about the staff, I had no negative experience when I visited. The staff at the counter took my order fast. My order took around 15 minutes which is not bad as it was during peak hour. Giving this a 5 stars so keep it up Wok Hey crew and staff to strive for excellent service.

Not bad dinner waiting time only 10-20 minutes only. It was quick. Only delivery and take away for this wok hey. I really like their prawn fried rice. It was really rich of flavour for just a simple fried rice. The portion was just nice for me and the price was reasonable as well.

Bought a crab meat dry laksa for $11.80 but there was no crab meat at all. I emailed the outlet manager and they responded to the email very fast. Good customer service. They will be refunding me back the amount of what i purchase. Will definitely come bak and buy more with the great service given and hope that it wont happen again. But overall even I abit dissapointed but the management manage to solve the issue in a very fast way. Now i am waiting for the amount to be be transferred bck to me. Thank you.

I would like to give a big compliment to one of the staff Kai Wan! He is very polite, and looks calm when serving me and other customers even though during busy period. Not to mention his skillful cooking style which he have to display in front of customer. Such a good personality guy! Kudos to him!

As a frequent diner & lover of wok hey around the island, the taste of the food from this particular branch is awful. Tried ordering twice and both times taste so bad. Even the cutleries were missing from my second order.

Have been hearing feedbacks on the fried rice being comparable to ding tai feng so decided to try it out since FoodPanda pickup is slightly cheaper than retail price. Moreover you do not need to queue for 30 minutes or more during peak hour. Ordered the healthy version that comes with one protein and one veg of your choice. It wasn’t too bad and I thought it was better than the king of fried rice at kopitiam square. Worth to try out and will definitely order the standard rice fried the next time.

Bought at compassone on 1st July timing 1plus order n paid prawn no onion n no cabbage n end up bring home chicken big difference in term of item n price pls refund me next time

Tried Wok Hey for the first time. Affordable price, fast service. I tried egg fried rice with grilled chicken. Taste wise its ok, a bit bland, i am sure the preparation can be improved. Place is quite hygienic. The portion looks small, but its certainly not, quite filling for 1 person.

You should definitely try this food. It’s very delicious. Of course you needed to waited to get the food but you can check your receipt no and think weather you will be staying or get other things done and come back. I prefer takeaway because in Sengkang they got small place. You can get from $5-8 a portion, but it’s definitely 2 people can share 😀. I ate it after 2 hours but it’s still warm and delicious. Although I like their environment friendly seasonal packaging. If your really in a hurry ask waiting time from the counter person before you make the order. Enjoy.

Worst food experience I ever had in Singapore... Staff is way underpaid.. So don't expect any courtesy. Since it's cheap fried rice they get so many orders and staff get overworked (I am sorry for them poor guys). Food is not good. Rice is half cooked and only good for cows not for humans. Don't do Grab/food panda pick up orders since they delay them so long on purpose. If you are on medication or if you have urgent schedule don't order since it takes good 30mins - 1 hour to get your food. Sometimes they drop food packets on the floor or miss the order completely. I tried their CNY edition Braised Abalone Black Pepper Fried Rice MAX recently and found it pretty satisfying. The abalone was tender and the occasional pineapple in the black pepper fried rice gave a surprising fruity sweetness.

Excellent fried rice as always! I tried the CNY Fried Rice MAX and am so satisfied with the quality of the dish. The fried rice has solid wok hey and wasn’t too oily or salty, and it came with so many baby abalone pieces. Very value for money. The addition of pineapple pieces was a fantastic idea. Personally, I also like the QR code ordering system. It’s easy to order via the code, and make e-payment on the platform. During the wait, I can also shop around and that allows me to save time on other errands as well. Great initiative.

Used to like their prawns in their fried rice because they were fat and juicy. Now their prawns became small and dry. Too bad that they have chosen the route to lower the quality of their ingredients.

The guy never pay me $0.20 I came back and asking .he laugh with the girl …i knew that is not much .but I’m customer how your sevice is like that ? The cashier Guy is work as bad attitude!!!! I will not come wokhey any more !!!please check cctv (11/04/2024 11:11am)and show you staff he have already pay or not ! Are you know that you work as service crew ?? I think you should have training for serving
