Ordered via their website for self pick-up and they gave one free topping. Omg this is a great way to skip the long queue and enjoy their food. Totally love to add tobiko in my fried rice, it gives a crunch & savory taste, so yummy!

Really bad customer service, no one there to process pick up and delivery. The guy in black, supposedly manager I guess is not interested in answering customers’ queries. If you all are swamped with order, consider turning off your delivery service. Food was just average, ure better off ordering fried rice from the food republic above. Please take your money elsewhere and support local hawkers instead. Look at my order with request of “more chilli”.

visited on 28/08/2022 at 8:26pm, serve by Lin Lin, i would like to appraise her for her fast and polite service. Took my order fast, last time i came like 2-3weeks ago, a chinese chubby guy stuff, took my order slow, and he even scolded a middle age woman for wanting to order through the cashier and told her if she wan order then order from the qr scan. which is extremely rude.

Operating hours till 2145hrs, Grabfood off when I try to order at 2130hrs, walk over to order at 2135hrs and was told that no more while he is busy frying what he claimed to be the last order. So what is the actual Operating hours? Customer service need to improve.

The fried rice with additional Brussels sprout added the crunchy texture. Is delicious 😋 Recently WokHey implemented new online ordering portal. Allow customer to order in advance to pick up. However, the portal do not update customer when the food is ready for pick up. It always shown status "in progress....". So, I suggest customer to check with counter after 20 minutes of ordering.
