Ordered via their website for self pick-up and they gave one free topping. Omg this is a great way to skip the long queue and enjoy their food. Totally love to add tobiko in my fried rice, it gives a crunch & savory taste, so yummy!

Really bad customer service, no one there to process pick up and delivery. The guy in black, supposedly manager I guess is not interested in answering customers’ queries. If you all are swamped with order, consider turning off your delivery service. Food was just average, ure better off ordering fried rice from the food republic above. Please take your money elsewhere and support local hawkers instead. Look at my order with request of “more chilli”.

Took my order fast, last time i came like 2-3weeks ago, a chinese chubby guy stuff, took my order slow, and he even scolded a middle age woman for wanting to order through the cashier and told her if she wan order then order from the qr scan. which is extremely rude.

Operating hours till 2145hrs, Grabfood off when I try to order at 2130hrs, walk over to order at 2135hrs and was told that no more while he is busy frying what he claimed to be the last order. So what is the actual Operating hours? Customer service need to improve.

The fried rice with additional Brussels sprout added the crunchy texture. Is delicious 😋 Recently WokHey implemented new online ordering portal. Allow customer to order in advance to pick up. However, the portal do not update customer when the food is ready for pick up. It always shown status "in progress....". So, I suggest customer to check with counter after 20 minutes of ordering.

We usually enjoy wok hey especially with the lovely broccoli. But I was really surprised at the level of service at wok hey causeway point . On the 20th July, I ordered 2 times and authorised the payment twice but did not receive the receipt at all and strangely the stall did not receive the order as well . I sent wok hey a message on the wok hey chat and a lady by the name of Jasmine replied and offered to check but was polite to say that they have not received the order. But what surprised me was I received a call from her a little later, to ask me to go ahead and place the order, and she will expedite it and all I had to do was to pay for it when I collect it. More than that, she offered to assist for a refund if my bank statement demonstrates that the payment actually went through . So thankful for good food and good service . Makes all the difference. 👍

Taste is pretty gd but suggest to tell them less oil. I ordered fried udon with chicken. Waiting time today us less than 10mins. Peak hours especially on weekends, waiting time could go up to 30mins.

Before nine o'clock, the female cashier stopped taking orders. Isn't it marked that the camp ends at nine forty-five minutes? It's ok. The food is delicious. I'm so disappointed. I won't come here again and I won't recommend friends to eat here again.

I ordered my food with utmost respect. I ordered the right food that was displayed on the screen. I was wearing an earphone while ordering.However, I could hear everything that the stall keeper asked me regarding the food as there wasn’t any music playing. At one point of time the mask that she was wearing made her voice quite muffled which I couldn’t hear. I answered that question wrongly and corrected it the moment I realise that it was wrong. Everything went smooth until she used hand gestures to complain about the fact that I was wearing an earphone. She was speaking rudely in her own mother tongue language which I don’t wish to specify to her fellow staff members and expressed her anger in a very unprofessional manner right in-front of my face. I didn’t confront the staff as I didn’t wish to spoil the decorum and I don’t wish to affect your business. Utterly disappointed with the service that I received. I personally enjoy eating wok hey and I hope other branches will have more respectful staff members as I believe no matter how tough the job is, treating the customer with respect is like the basic necessity.
