Like other customers, I also had issues with the Malay aunty's poor customer service. She was unresponsive and didn't acknowledge customers' questions or presence. I hope she improves her attitude towards customers. To be fair, I noticed that some other staff members behaved similarly. During the payment process, they would have their backs turned and take their time before helping you. This lack of promptness and attentiveness can be frustrating. The whole team should work on improving their customer service by being more efficient and focused on customers' needs.

This morning, 9.40am (24 Apr 2023), my Grandma & I went to Swee Heng Anchorvale 330 and I wanted to buy my bread, there are 2 staff around at that time. One Chinese lady was preparing the bread, one Malay lady was around the counter. They saw us coming in but didn't bother much. Upon wanting to make payment, still nobody acknowledge us. So my Grandma said "Hello" but not in a loud tone, wanting to ask to pay. Thereafter, the Malay lady replied very fiercely "No shouting", my grandma then said what shouting? We're just asking for acknowledgement. This is not the first time we encountered such rude remarks from this Malay lady.

Price is on the higher side but taste ok. However, the Malay Aunty working in the morning shift always have the "don't talk to me" and "you owe me money" attitude, worst still, she likes to throw ur change on the table when her mood is not right. Giving them 3 Star as their afternoon/night shift staffs all much more friendly.

I was very disappointed with the malay staff.. she has attitude problem... when she pack my bread and I pay ..she did not bother to hand it to me... when the malay auntie was not happy..she show her attitude by squeeze the money very hard before paying to me... I m a customer with her bad attitude.. it has discourage me from visiting the shop

This aftnoon 345pm I was at the bakery shop to buy waffers. I was the only customer there. A fat lady talked to me with cold expression tt I hv to wait till 4pm. But I realised tt the waffle counter hv notices on both ends stating 615am to 920pm. I knew that previously they only sold waffles from 4pm, but they had already removed the "4pm" sign quite some time ago. As it was raining, I politely pointed out to her n asked if she can make the waffle earlier. But she refused again n said that there weren't any padang flour on the servicing counter. So I asked if I have to wait for the delivery of the flour, she ignore me n just keep pasting offer stickers on the bread. I waited for another 10min, there was another customer came to buy bread. She also made the customer wait till she finished pasting all the stickers. Closing to 4pm, there was another young assistant arrived. She started looking at her phone while yawning. When I approached her for help, she whispered to the fat lady. Only then, the fat lady reluctantly went to the pantry/ fridge to get the padang flour, then started making the wafers. The 15min waiting was just making me looked like a "idiot" with such a unhelpful staff totally lack of service attitude. Before leaving the bakery, I confronted the fat lady n took down the sign of the wafers operating hours. Btw, the fat lady is "Ah Lin" With these kinds of unpolite n lazy assistants, Swee Heng is going to lose lots of customers n lack competitive in bakery industry, as the anchovale village mall is opening soon.

Not the first time she always told me to wait (let her do her other work first) then she will attend to me. Before hand, alrdy mentioned i wanted waffles, of course i need to wait for it to bake. But apparently she didn't even bother to start off with the ingredients at all.. Next time, u settle ur work first at night then open the shop at night ok girl. Learn to multitask or go for proper customer svc course!
