Very poor customer service. I was there at around 9.10am on 27th May 2026. There were 2 staff members within one meter of the cashier counter. I called “hello” 3 to 4 times. Both pretended to be busy. I left my money on the counter and walked away with my bread. That’s when one of them called out to me. So they were obviously aware that I was at the counter trying to make payment but chose to ignore the customer. I told them the money is on the counter and left. Plenty of bakery in the neighbourhood. No need to go there.

Very dirty. And also staff very poorly trained. Provided Passion Card but no Passion Card discount. Asked but was told nevermind rudely. The Christmas Log Cake also overpriced despite a 20% discount tag - the ingredients are low quality and the entire cake experience is very bad.

This bakery store is full of flies flying around. Told and enquired with the staff who ignored my feedback and walked away. Call their HQ to inform. As a bakery, health safety and cleanliness is top priority!!

I'm Regular customer here , most of the food mostly not freshly baked. There expired date indicate like 3 days to 4 days on the bread. Bought it today , it was place outside of the store table wasn't inside the fridge even the expiry 2 days before , when taste it the cream taste sour2. This not first time, multiple times in different type bread and cake. Won't going there anymore.

Always go for our favourite Nonya chicken pizza and Belgian chocolate buns. The Belgian chocolate buns' fillings are really good and not that sweet and jelat.
