The ugliest rainbow birthday cake i have ever seen. Very disappointed. Totally did not expect to see this kind of presentation after I googled for photo before ordering. Had to throw away the whole cake. 1. 4 thick layers instead of the usual 5 bright colours. Topping the whole cake with chocolate makes it worst, with the combination. 2. Upon tasted, the texture of the cake also feels dry and not flavourful. Dont ever buy and waste your money.

1st Wednesday 1030am, this Malay lady staff with spectacles nagged at me as I'd accidentally put the money on the tray. I left after paying On 6th Monday 1030 morning, I put my phone on the counter while reaching for my pocket purse, suddenly this same Malay lady staff asked me who the phone belonged to? I said it's mine What's her prob? Can the management tell her not to say this and that? Don't find fault with me over nothing. Next week when I buy from the seletar shop, I'll get someone else to serve. Keep to yourself don't be nuisance to the ears

The picture below speak for itself. The amount of spread for an additional top up of $1.20 did spread throughout the waffle. I was disappointed when I opened the waffle to share with my friends. Hopefully there’s enough spread to go around.

THE REVIEW SHOULD BE ZERO STAR!!! The bread is great but the service is LOUSY!!!! I visited this shop at Seletar Mall today on November 11, the cashier accused me of queue cutting without verifying. I am very mad to be accused of queue cutting. I told the cashier that I DID NOT CUT QUEUE, she DID NOT EVEN APOLOGISE TO ME, so I decided to walk out without buying. I SWEAR OFF TO EVER SPEND MY MONEY AT SWEE HENG EVER AGAIN!!! I WENT TO BUY BREAD FROM FOUR LEAVES BAKERY ( A FEW DOORS DOWN ON THE SAME FLOOR) WHERE THEIR SERVICE IS MUCH BETTER!!! SWEE HENG MANAGEMENT SHOULD READ THIS AND TAKE ACTION!!!
