Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. At 7:24pm I was charged $14 for just 2 peanut butter waffles and 1 peanut butter + kaya waffle. I even double-checked the total price before paying, and the Malay auntie in a hijab insisted it was correct while writing the order on the waffle bag. Immediately after that, she left the new staff alone to handle all the orders. The poor auntie was clearly overwhelmed and struggling because she was new, yet no support was given. Customers were left waiting while the situation became chaotic. I ended up wasting nearly 20 minutes and received cold waffles in the end. Being overcharged and then getting cold food after such a long wait is completely unacceptable. Although i was refunded but this was very unprofessional and badly managed.

Rude cashier (chinese lady) at 830pm. Gave the impression that just want to close shop and doesn't want to accept anymore transaction.

Ms Jennifer who was holding the fort alone (did not see anyone else maybe behind have?) at 7pm today, manned the cashier, the waffle counter and the clean up is a gem. Juggling the 3 duties, she was efficient, polite and the 6 waffles she made were delicious. Hope to see this replicated in other Swee Hengs :)

11 April 2025 at 16:29hour - Paid for 3 items and then realised Waffle Plain is missing when I reach home. The cashier (big Malay girl with hijab) never even ask me to wait for the Waffle or anything, and pass me the bag after I made payment. I thought everything is inside the bag. Tried to call them using the receipt and there is NO BUSINESS PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR RECEIPT. May I know why your receipt do not even have a business phone number for your business?
