I bought this waffle yesterday, and today when I was almost done eating it, I found a strand of hair inside. That is seriously disgusting and unacceptable. Please pay more attention to hygiene and food quality.

Wait for the waffle then told me the 1st waffle spoil. Wait for another 10 minutes then give me a waffle that not very well prepared. The filling inside is also getting lesser and lesser! Price keep increasing but food and service getting worsened. Auntie keep saying the boss want them to control cost so they can only cut the filling as much as they can…will not buy again!

The malay lady over there is extremely rude. I went yesterday and thought she might be having a bad day but today again she had same attitude as if she obligating me by serving waffle. Will never come again to be served by such high ego person. If she isn't the owner, then owner must look into it and let her to improve, or esle be ready to lose customers.

For a no-frills breakfast or a mid-day snack, this bakery is a solid choice. They offer a wide selection of modern bread styles that are quite decent for the price. While it may not be "artisanal" tier yet, it hits the mark for daily convenience. It’s a practical stop for anyone in the area looking for reliable, budget-friendly bakes.

I visited your outlet three days ago to place a cake order, but was turned away by your staff, who said that the person responsible for taking orders wasn’t available. I returned again today, 30th July at 11:30 AM, only to be told I should place my order at the SingPost outlet instead and that she was in midst of stocktaking. Since there wasn't any other customers ,I questioned this, as your outlet clearly displays advertising for cake orders. Only then did the staff bother to check with someone else. I was informed that I couldn’t order a 3kg cake. While I was still inquiring about other options. I was open to even buying multiple cakes but I was abruptly told once again to go to the SingPost outlet Frankly, this kind of dismissive and unhelpful service is unacceptable. If cake orders are not handled at this outlet, please don’t advertise them here. I wouldn’t have made multiple wasted trips if that had been made clear. When I articulate this to your staff she did try to stop me from leaving which I acknowledge but I was honestly put off to consider anymore. If your services are limited to certain outlets, that should be transparently communicated. It’s frustrating to be repeatedly turned away without proper assistance or courtesy. Based on this experience, I see no reason to patronize your brand further.
