Stopped into by some buns, they were tasty and the service was fine.

Staff are rude and rush in their service. Bread is stuffed into the bags like they were pieces of clothing. Prices have gone up in terms of filling and size. Nothing worth queuing for, any other non franchised outlet provides similar quality products at similar prices, but with staff who are more courteous and gentle on the product. Attempting to make payment here is hindered by how the store has aligned their displays and food products that it's one person in at a time, making queuing horrendous. This is at 7.40am.

I and my family went to Geylang serai swee heng today to buy bread and got one assistant super rude and impatient… I was waiting to carry the bread from my mum behind and this assistant just cannot wait keep saying she wants to put the bread … i hope the management can do something about her.

Passed by here to buy some bread and was just in time to see the staff opening the muffin plastic container ADJUSTING ITS POSITION WITH HER BARE HANDS and then closing it. Made me gag because she looked so unkempt. Have never bought from here after and will never frequent any of their outlets as I have also heard of horror stories from the outlet at Tampines hub.

The old chinese lady at the cashier was super rude. The shopback pay QR was visibly placed at the cashier area so I wanted to pay via that method but she got loud and frustrated telling me it is not ready. My reply was she could have spoken nicely. She could have also remove the QR code or stated a not-in-use sign. The colleague, was nice enough to apologise on behalf but it was really uncalled for. I would not return to this outlet.
