Poor service and incorrect billing. I was charged $2.80 for a BBQ Chicken Bun that I did not purchase. Although the amount was refunded, there was no apology, please remember to check your receipts carefully to ensure you are not charged for items you did not purchase.

Visited on 7 May around 1pm. Both the Malay and Chinese lady staff were very rude. I ordered a waffle and they gave me silent treatment the whole time. They didn’t even inform me of the total amount — just pressed the machine and walked away to continue doing their own things behind the counter. Their attitude and facial expressions were very unpleasant. Very disappointing service, would not recommend.

I do not like and perhaps should not give bad feedback. However having read reviews regarding bad attitudes of the cashier I need to agree. I suggest management review the cctv on 4th April 2026 morning to understand better.

Bad customer experience. Paywave reflected as successful from customer's phone app but the transaction did not go thru from vendor end. A little concern so I asked how this work with friendly manner but the staffs offer no clear explanation and suggest that I try again while they frown when I asked how the refund will work. Worried that the same situation may happen again, I request to make payment using paynow instead. Again, they looked like i commit a crime for making such request. How do you expect customer to walk away thinking they will not be charged twice. I know payment system failure is not their fault, but the unfriendly disposition made me question why I have been regular for years... But they certainly converted me to an Anti Swee Heng from today. 3 March 2025 1600hrs.

The staffs if don’t want work just no need come, resign. Don’t show your attitude to the customers. I spend money buy bread or buy your rude behaviour?
