I'm a little disappointed in their chocolate crepe cream roll because I feel like the cake to cream ratio could definitely be improved on alot more because when you hear the word crêpe or cream you would expect it to have alot more cream.

Paid for "Taiwan Red Bean Shio Pan," but the red bean filling must be hiding. Before trying to position yourselves as a premium bakery, please focus on improving the quality of your food. I’d rather spend $2.60 at BreadTalk for a wholesome red bean shio pan.

Tried a muffin and a kouign amann here and I was quite impressed by how good both were, especially as the price was quite good. The muffin is v moist and has a nice aroma. It is sweet of course but I thought not too much. The amann was rly rich, crispy and buttery. Great snack. Recommended.

False advertising at its best. Claims that the floss bread is 1 dollar of you spend more than 10 dollars. There is no disclaimer nor t&c mentioning that it is only for one piece. Cashier also did not mention it. Would consider this dishonest

I recently ordered a Classic Tiramisu cake and omgggg one of the best Tiramisu cakes I have had! It was for a birthday and ordered it online and collected from Northpoint. The packaging was done well and I loved the orange icing they used on a chocolate bar to write the message on the cake. Thanks for giving cute paper plates and lots of spoons. Reallyyyyy loved the presentation of the cake so much! The blueberries and blackberries were good to eat with the cake and gave a contrasting but yummy taste. The cake and tiramisu cream was really good...soft cake sponge and sweet fluffy cream. It does melt a bit fast so need to keep leftovers refrigerated fast. Thank you so much Swee Heng team for this cake!
