I usually go to this outlet as it is convenient to get the bread. The service by the staff, mainly the indian staff, makes my experience a better one

Senior residents shared their bad experiences here. From horrible staff attitude, cakes full of ants and spoilt bread before the date stated. Your staffs are busy chatting when the queue is long. Particularly one young Chinese staff and the middle aged indian staff. Not once or twice. We plan to start buying at the nearest bakery now until you change this staffs.
