Today I had my coffee and eggs at swee heng singpost. The table I sat was shaky and a slight knock result in coffee spill on table. I went to counter and get a cloth to clean up. Told the male staff at counter and he did not bother to acknowledge. Later a female staff came over and took cloth way without cleaning table and again I shared the table is shaky. She ignored and walk away. What a poor service attitude this outlet team. Won’t come back

We were at the cafeteria side and we encountered a rude lady staff. 2 instances. 1st was we ordered a sandwich from the side and she automatically placed them in a plastic bag. We explained that we are having the sandwiches at the cafe and she responded w an unhappy expression. Next, we also ordered a scramble egg sandwich and I was looking for a table knife. I asked the lady for the knife as I couldn't find it at the counter. She responded softly and I couldn't figure out what she said. I repeated my question and guess what. She responded "I only have a bread knife, do you want it?"

Today at your SingPost branch, I had an argument with the female employee selling pastries at your counter. Although she apologized afterward, I feel I should still report this incident to improve service standards. Around 3:30 PM this afternoon, I went to buy pastries. A female customer ahead of me wanted to buy 40, and the clerk discussed it with her for nearly 20 minutes, even going to the refrigerator several times to check. I didn't disturb them; only when she asked me to pay did I say I needed one more pastry before they could give it to me, and that I had been waiting a long time. This clearly displeased her, and she was visibly agitated and impatient while packing and collecting my money. I asked her why she was so rude and lacked the manners expected of a service worker. She replied, "Do you expect me to take off my mask and smile at you?" I said I didn't need her to smile at me; her body language showed she was very impatient and treated people buying 40 pastries differently from those buying 4. Furthermore, I felt that simply saying "I'm sorry to have kept you waiting" could have avoided this unpleasant situation. I think her service quality needs improvement.

The food here is among the best within the price and surely the best in the mall. But there is a stark contrast between the taste and the service from your only male staff. Anytime you go to order he welcomed you with an uninterested and loud sigh. You got any question? He will just point to the menu board as if you are stupid or he cant understand what you are saying. Asking for receipts? He will just ignore you and continue with his work until he feels like he wanted to give you the receipt. How he gives you the receipt? He will first violently snap the receipt from the receipt machine then handed to you as if he wanted to throw the receipt to your face. What happens if there is a problem during ordering process caused by their cashier machine? Again he will give out this loud sigh and aggressively tapping on the machine showing his anger for ordering at your store. Not to mention he will give out this angry stares and gestures throughout the while process as if i am disturbing his day for coming to your store and order your tasty food. Do note i have been coming here for almost a year and he is the only one that made me feel terribly disappointed, all your other staff is wonderful. Please improve this. If he is not motivated to serve customer, dont.

Mould on the fruit tart I bought on 06/07 although labelled "consume by 07/08" I bought 3 cakes and hence didn't look closely as I put everything on one plate, but my husband said the berries looked really strange and luckily he said so, which prompted us to discover the mould before eating it. The other 2 cakes were fine and delicious, and all other times I've bought buns were also perfectly fine. Coffee is fantastic, am a regular patron. Not convenient for me to go back for a refund and I don't have the receipt. Just would like to suggest the branch to QC more on the fruits, I do understand and experience mouldy fruits even in my own home as Singapore is humid, the quality of the fruits may be affected even before they are delivered for your usage. Thanks for keeping this in mind.
