Ordered the kit kat waffle for $2.20. The pandan flavoured waffle is fragrant, soft, and slightly crisp on the outside. The kit kat chocolate spread has bits of crunchy biscuit mixed in it. Would recommend if you're a sweet tooth person haha!

Ordered waffle and the chinese lady obviously knew which waffles is whose I ordered 1 waffle and subsequently there are 3 customers behind me , after a few mins or so , the 3 customer behind me took their waffles. I heard she said the flavour that i ordered but she didn’t look at me so i assume it is other customer’s order The lady obviously knew whose is whose because she call out their orders and look at the customer for them to collect ( “plain and blueberry done” - she focus on the person ordering. ) ( “2 hazelnut chocolate” - she look at the customer to cue them to collect ) I will find out her name and edit it again. Nowadays ppl judge based on the way you act/dress , naturally they will respect ppl their age

I really want to commend a macik, and should give her the best employee of the year for 2022. I regularly buy from here and I was at the branch 530pm this evening. I bought a few items including ham rolls. When I was making the payment, she told me if I could get a new one. I was wondering why when she pointed to me there was a fly inside the plastic packaging feeding on the buns. OMG in that instance i thought it was so awesome because she can simply take my money and I'll go away without knowing and probably have a stomache and not knowing why. Thank you macik! 5 stars for the extra mile service, but 1 star for the not so clean buns which are infested with bugs & flys at the counter.

There were 2 staffs in the evening in front-end. One was friendly and service is tiptop, but the other staff was probably too tired to be friendly and keep-up with good service for a 'fussy' customer. Hope she able to go home for a good rest before starting another workday with a better service.

Last order for waffles is 915pm. I understand if maybe 830 or 845pm if you all don't want to do, but at 8pm you all close the waffle station is Abit ridiculous. Might as well in the first place , don't put last order for waffle station at 915pm. Don't give people false hope.

Brought 6pcs of mooncake. Basically eating flour and sugar. Nothing like snowskin. Please improve the standard of ur food.
