No line to Q just and staff tot cut Q when ask about take away. Staff reply with bad attitude just sit nearby seat and will be call. After 10min wait, Then informed need wait 45min for food. OMG, big shop with minimal manpower and only today I realised Pizza Hut not a fast food🤔 Pizza Hut HQ should come Sun Plaza to do audit how their staff serve customer and how to improve their order system. Very bad experience with Pizza Hut. 🤬

Fast-food pizza? TASTE: The pizzas from Pizza Hut are nothing special. Simply put, it is just average tasting pizzas to satisfy your pizza craving. It definitely does not have the finesse and taste of pizzas you’ll get from those pizzas cooked in a fire stove. The sides are also decent. SERVICE: Acceptable. It seems like the outlet is pretty short staffed as there is quite a substantial waiting time even for a self-pick up order. I collected my order after my scheduled pick-up time. Be prepared to wait for a while. PRICE: At the time of writing, there is a special promotion for $8.90 for 1 pizza and 2 sides. This is really worth it. However, it is known that Pizza Hut always runs promotions, so keep a look out for promotions on their social media channels. RECOMMENDED: A good place to satisfy a pizza craving. However, this is the most basic pizza you can get, and if you have a little more budget, I suggest going for another brand.

Mushroom soup was way too salty. The drink, mango tango, was way too sweet as they had added too much syrup. The food portion is also small for the price. The food took a while even though there was barely anyone in the restaurant. The employees were also talking, laughing, and gossiping loudly while we were eating. It's not worth the price anymore 👎

Compact but cosy feeling during my last dinning experience. Good for family gatherings. The renovated restaurant will require partons to scan QR code for self service of placing order that have most if not all of their usual standard menu offerings.

Basic service is provided. The bake seafood rice is bit soggy at the bottom. The mushroom pasta is ordinary with a strong taste of black pepper thus masking the mushroom taste. The seafood soup taste nice. The honey roasted wing save my dinner meal as it is the only food item that is nice. The soup n the bake rice contain chilli flake thus might not be suitable for people who does not spicy food.

We went Sunplaza’s pizza hut during mid september and today (2nd Oct). We were served the same staff name Shafina. She was really professional. She explained the seasonal menu patiently, always putting on a smile from the moment we enter the store till we left. Couldn’t find a particular pasta on the e-menu and she guided me through. Thank you Shafina for providing my family and i with a wonderful dinner experience as always.

Visited Pizza Hut @ Sun Plaza for lunch today. Seems like there is only 1 staff (Chinese Aunty) managing the ground. She was rude and impatient. Ordered Hawaiian Hut Melts, and it was burnt, bitter and dry.

I ordered a Cheese 7 pizza 🍕 meal with my peers. 1. Outlet did not have items listed on the menu (such as fries with dips, hot chocolate) 2. Manager was walking around with scandals and serving costumers (waiters were all in proper footwear. 3. Staff were not trained well in handling customers (mostly students and replied I don’t know, let me check and took a while to get back to us) 4. Pizza was served to us first. After 15 minutes, we didn’t get our soup and have to prompt for it. Soup (Appetiser comes after main course) I have always been a fan of Pizza Hut food but this was truly a disappointing experience and the worst Pizza Hut outlet I have been. I hope to see improvement when I visit again soon 👍

Seldom many people dining in, if you are here for the seasonal pizza while wanting to have a peace of mine, this should be a good place. Was there during weekdays dinner crowd and was there once for weekend lunch crowd, wasnt much of a crowd. picture is thursday dinner crowd

No big box choice when menu has it. I had to fork up additional to buy 2nd regular pizza with normal price. Your staff also does not know the reason why big box is unavailable. I would strongly recommend to inform your staffs on why promotional item is not available. This is not the fault of the counter staff but the management instructions are not clear and concise. Do follow up closely as feedback is important for constant improvements.

The outlet was empty when everywhere else was super packed. Most probably due to the overpriced items on the menu. We didn't really enjoy the food. The Mushroom soup tasted like the powder Campbell soup. Onion rings were a little too crispy. The pasta that came with the set was good. I enjoyed my Corn & Cheesy slice. The ice cream with Hershey's cookie was great as well.

Went to dine-in on a Saturday afternoon. Was quite empty. Service was prompt and excellent, staff were very attentive Food came out nice and hot, no complaints

Patronised on cny day 1. Staffs are amicable & friendly, food is served promptly and price is reasonable as well. Almost forgot about our dessert but the friendly staff reminded to serve us 😂 Will patronise again ☺️
