Had to wait for a delivery that took close to 20+ mins due to a missing item which had to be improvised. Delivery guy was apologetic i will not blame him due to his dedication to deliver on bad weather condition The missing item should have been checked beforehand before delivering to the delivery guy. So its negligence on staff part and not delivery guy. Sorry -3 stars from me for that.

A hit & a miss. Most of the times pizza is good. A few times turned out bad especially on weekend evenings. Seems they are overwhelmed with orders. Staff attitude grumpy a few times, depends on the person at the counter. Mostly ok. Still my fav pizza take away outlet.

Very unethical behaviour. 25+ mins and yet the order is not ready. Staff dont even have the basic courtesy to explain the wait time!

It's a Pizza Hut. Really nothing special about this particular branch. This location is only delivery and take away though. Minus 1 star coz there are no seats inside to wait for your takeaway orders. So you'll have to sit outside and keep checking in to see if your order is ready. They don't try and find you to tell you that your order is ready.

Wonderful indeed, the delivery time was taken 20 min but worth it alot when compared to the busy on at Bedok mall.

Worst Pizza outlet ever, always taking 30 minutes to complete an order. Hope management can do something, tired of waiting at this outlet. First told me 15 minutes wait, when I came back 20 minutes later told me another 10 minutes, so many times this is occurring.

I paid $17.40 for the rendang pizza. Nobody mention about the twin offer ie pizza + the melts at a little more.
