Quick service. For take away order was given a pager to notify when the order is ready. Some other outlets still have to go inside to check if the order was ready or not. Ordered two large pizza and they were ready within 10 minutes. Didn't see any queue when I ordered though. I really like their 'my box', it was reasonable price for one pax.

I really like service here, very nice and accommodating staff. And we try their new promotion army stew pizza that is really interesting flavor that you must try. I'll come again.

The place is very friendly and easy going.Staff are helpful and welcoming(especially Ms Jhema).Pizza is freshly bake and waiting time not long at all.We always visit here as we stay nearby.

Enjoyed having dinner with my wife and kid here. Friendly service with a smile. Pizza and food is made fresh upon order. Also, it's baby friendly with high chair. Right opposite is a kids indoor playground (chargeable). Very convenient. Free parking on Sun and public holiday just upstairs.

i recently visited this outlet and had an amazing experience! not only was the food delicious, but the service was incredibly efficient and the staff provided top-notch customer service. 😆 from the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and my order was taken promptly. the pizza was cooked to perfection as well, definitely worth the money. do come to this outlet if you want both yummy food and excellent service!

buangkok square is by far, my favourite pizza hut outlet. the staff are super friendly and also very efficient. food doesn’t take too long and is also very delicious. will come back again!!

Hi, I have placed my order online and requested as an instruction to the driver for ensuring for chili flakes. The driver, Botak told me that I was supposed to enter the request on top of the page and not at the bottom. Shockingly, the driver even told me off that he would go to his bike to get some and I did not have to say anything to him. In this instance, I wonder whether I am the customer or he is the customer. Simply to put it, whether he is paying for the service or I am paying for the service. I reckon that there was a delivery fee of $5 and why i should endure with this abrupt attitude after paying for the service. I am totally disappointed with the service and hope to hear from you again. Anyway, I am not sure whether he has given the correct name to me as Botak unless that was his technique to bluff his way through. Please assist to look into his matter. Thank you.
