First time trying Crave. On a weekday evening. Dine in with no waiting time as not much people in the shop but i do believe they are busy with many grab orders. Customer service normal. Took my order and waited. Ordered the nasi lemak royal with drinks = SGD9.60. Also ordered 4 otahs for SGD3. I didnt know how to appreciate the long grain rice used for the nasi. The smell and taste is decent. All chilli, fried chicken, fish fillet, etc are all decent but i dont find a unique point that attract me. They are still preparing the otah and told me they will send it to me but they forget. What i dislike is that the food is served with plastic plate, fork and spoon even when i chose to dine in. I do feel it is not environmentally friendly. Again, all seem decent but nothing that wow me. Will try some other brand of nasi lemak before coming back.

Not a nasi lemak connoisseur but this definitely satisfies my nasi lemak craving (better than average nasi lemak). As a local food chain, the quality and taste are pretty consistent across their outlets from my experience. This particular location was renovated not long ago and now has air-conditioned seating area for dine-in customers, which is clean and spacious. I ordered the nasi lemak with chicken karaage and the chicken was made hot in-store (crispy and juicy). Expect to spend between $7.80 and $10 for a set meal that comes with cold drink.

Crave at Sun Plaza have been in operations for quite awhile after their initial renovations and is located in the middle of level one at this neighborhood shopping mall. It have been relocated to another unit within the same level and have smaller dining area for patrons who still continue to support them despite having a smaller dinein area. Managed to visit this place for a delicious and fulfilling meal.

Halal certified! Delicious Nasi Lemak with different variations and sets to choose from. If you are a fan of Nasi Lemak, it's worth to try from this outlet. Chicken is crispy and the ingredients are fresh too. They have a small but cozy area in Sun Plaza Level 1, (just behind of Dunkin' Donuts) if you wish to dine in. Pretty packaging for their take-away food, would say very presentable if you happen to purchase their food to treat or buy for your friends.

Customer and a rider, tried food before. Not bad atmosphere and food. However went today as a rider to collect food for customer, was told to put cultery in as order stated required. I don't mind doing the small act, but appalled by why ain't the staff doing it? After she open the bag again for me and just told me need cultery. New policy or 1 time mistake?

Nasi Lemak without chilli sauce, and rice and chicken are cold. Not as good as used to be. Hope service staffs can be more attentive.

Bought two packets of chicken cutlet nasi lemak. Reached home & found both without chili sambal. Now that I read the reviews here, seem like it's "normal" at Crave @ Sun Plaza for staffs to forgot about sambal. Crave mgmt really have to look into this if want to maintain the standard.

Order form Grab, missing chicken wing. Extra sambal was given but didn’t put any in the Nasi lemak itself. Bandung was only filled to 70%. Gave long beans instead of what I order (Saturday Lodeh). How can a single order went so wrong, if not happy don’t work then. Don’t give people their orders wrong and screw up. You don’t want to work then go home.
