we decided to get the cheese pizza and the cheese hazelnut tarts! the cheese pizza had more than one kind of cheese, including mozzarella, cheddar and feta. it was nice and cheesy, and it had a thick crust which we enjoyed. the nutella tarts had a nice flaky exterior and a warm interior. the chocolate was nice and gooey and the cheese added a nice touch of saltiness (although we though there was too much cheese). we would recommend this place and come back again for a quick bite of pizza!

The quality of burnt food is a shame to a long pizza brand. The con of takeaway for lunch. Past 1:30pm need to wait 20mins for order. Be sure to check before leaving.

staff was jux standing nearby the kitchen top instead of looking at customers. and from where i sit can see the manager was eating just behind the prepartion area. was having issue with the QR code to order. approach the staff and was told to redo again. tried but still fail due to POS erroe.called the manager whom siting behind me and she took the order manually. worst customer service ever . make tgis my 1st and last visit

First they are slow in cooking and then the outcome is just so unpalatable. A pizza is supposed to be cheese& bread not just bread on one side and cheese on another. Not sure whether this is professional enough for pizza hut........ Poor cooking and delivery... Feel very let down from an established store

Food is tasty but service is terrible. Ordered via pizza hut app n got missing item I went back to collect but the service staff is blur and unapologetic of her mistake she just put the missing item infront of me without saying anything 😑

Food was good, but yes as per other comments, staff needs training how to deal nicely with customers. When we came, the waitress asked to use qr code and some code but didnt work, i showed her but she didnt believe, asked to try again, when error happened, my order was all gone, so i had to redo several times, in the end she took manual order :x They got promo $1 cracking regular pizza when spending $15. We also ordered the army stew pizza, got tteokbokki n noodles inside, a bit spicy but my kid said it is tasty.

Nothing personal, but I would displace the assistant restaurant manager and send the entire crew for corrective training. Massara has failed to properly manage the restaurant and guide the crew. I was there for dinner this evening. I had to wait to be seated despite there were empty tables. Massara and the crew walked passed me and avoided eye contact. If they are not interested to serve their customers, just say so. I have to ask to be seated. I have to remind the staff about my order. Not once, not twice, but three times!! Food is bad. Service is worse. To be fair, this is the only PH outlet that I encounter such unpleasant dining experience. I am surprised PH management and customer service has not rectified the bad service despite receiving so many bad reviews.

Horrible system! I queued for a whole hour just for 3 wings a small sized pizza and garlic bread. It was for my early birthday dinner and I wanted to have pizza. So we ordered pizza from Pizza Hut. This whole family of 7 behind us ordered many pizzas and got their food 30 mins earlier! Yet they still complained about the waiting time. Many people were already getting fussy about the waiting time and started to yell at the workers. The workers started to fight back at me by saying it was not here who took my order, and her colleague who took my order said that it did not get into the system and they were starting soon as they settle other peoples problems. Possibly the SLOWEST “fast food” ever 🙄 Edit: it was also reaching 10 pm

Wide seating with air con. Not crowded. Digital order placement via QR code. Visited during Muslim fasting month. Comfortable place for a meal. Recommended: Promo item - Rendang pizza. Authentic rendang taste. Had it served in thin crust, crispy + yummy

I've dined several times, back here again for our ramadhan breakfast.Atmosphere was warm and inviting. Staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations. Hands Down, Satisfaction!!The pizza and pasta was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Thank you staff for the great service

I enjoy coming here for lunch as it's usually quiet and I can sit for a while. Food is good and the set meals are very affordable rates. Service is usually fast and staff are pleasant, although quality of food can fluctuate sometimes.

The Chinese female staff here is very friendly. Always greet me when I enter. Food is nice as well. A lot of free food from offers as well. Although there was some POS error when I was trying to order pasta, might want to have it fixed.

Actually they should get some minus rating for their worst customer service.. Visited this Pizza hut outlet with good expectations, but after my visit the expectation just vanished and never gonna visit this outlet,this just full of some very unprofessional staff's.. They focus on take away only I think , so why there are seating arrangement??? I was searching for a kiosk, there was no kiosk, one staff came, I ordered for my pizza, she didn't even asked me dine in or take away, when I was clearly there to dine in.. I surprised to see the receipt as that one shows take away... As she could not change the order, I said I will take away this (though it was her mistake), I would like to dine in here now, and would like to order. Hearing this, she seems uninterested and asked me to scan and order. I scanned, ordered, pepperoni pizza that I ordered unexpectedly was not that tasty .... Whatever, I was also searching for my take away, later I discovered the take away was kept on one corner of the counter, someone kept it there without giving me directly when I am already inside the restaurant... and one male staff get angry why is the take away still there and I have not taken it yet? Oh, really? This is your service? From where this bunch of very non cooperative unprofessional staff's are collected for giving this worst customer service?? Please have a minimum service, I visited many other outlet of Pizza hut in other Countries, this gave me the worst experience. This don't goes with the pizza hut!! 😐 Please take care.
