I placed my order at 1711H. Was told to collect 20 mins later. So I went ahead to buy my ice cream at nearby NTUC at the 30th min. When I approached them for my order, they told me that they have mistakenly given my order to others. When I waited for another 20 mins and approached them again asking how much longer I need to wait l, the answer was "it's in the oven"😑At 1811H I finally got my order with an extra garlic bread but my ice cream was melted....so 1 star plus another 2 stars for the kindness...😩

the staff there was rude just because she didn’t hear our order of the big box and didn’t know it had 2 regular pizzas and screamed at us

Had the worse pizzas of my life - chicken mushroom and chicken with pineapple. pizza tasted like it was cooked several hours ago. cheese had no taste of cheese with hard texture. pizzas tasted limp and felt I could almost attribute my stomachache thereafter to the pizzas.

I enjoyed the new crackin thin crust so much yesterday, that I bought the same pizza again today. Thank you pizza hut. I love this new crust!

Waiting from 5.30pm to 7.10pm, after waited for 45mins ask them occasionally about the food but just tell me have to wait. After 1 and a half hour then say my food is already out should be taken by other pple.... Hello, know u all are busy, but after telling u i have waited for 1 hour plus also can't even do a proper check for me??
