Before I reminisce in nostalgia let me comment that the QR code ordering system is extremely clunky, there's extreme levels of lag between pressing on an item and it registering so much so that it might register twice and when you cancel one of it you end up cancelling it altogether. That made ordering that much more tedious. Also, being an entry level pizzeria, I was not expecting a six-piece garlic bread to cost $7, my regular 6 slice Hawailian thin and crispy pizza to go for $30, 10 pieces pf mini drumlets to cost $11, my Sjora to cost nearly $5 and a coke float to go for $6. The meal cost me just under $70, insane for the quality, that's cafe level pricing in an environment that's pretty basic. Anyway, its probably been decades since i actually dined in at Pizza Hut, delivery has always been more convenient, but anyway having it technically fresh out the oven if you can call that seemed slightly better, at least my pizza was crisp, the ingredients were of average quality and quantity, nothing really stood out nor was it offensive, except the price. I wouls expect to be paying about $20 or less for this. The sweet and spicy drumlets still tasted as good as i remember but strangely they were barely warm, making me wonder if they werw left out for way too long before served, by the time i ate my 3rd piece it was already icy cold. The garlic bread was also somewhat as i remember it except its $7 since when did it rocket to that price? At that price i will be expecting 3 loafs of this not 1. Anyway, food was average by any measurement, just definitely not worth $70, in fact i would think around $50 would be reasonable given the standards and quality. It would probably be another decade or so before I bother to walk into another Pizza Hut again.

Very delighted with their service especially their assistant manager Mr Raj who patiently took his time to explain to us the different steps on ordering. Ms Alisha also served us respectfully and attended to our queries with utmost respect. The seasonal items and condiments are absolutely scrumptious. Parents loved the food and definitely approved this!! Would definitely recommend this place and its quality is top notch. Thanks again to Mr Raj and Ms Alicia

I rarely take the time to mention or commend individual staff members, but after today’s visit, I felt Mary truly deserved the recognition. From the moment she served us, Mary was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my family’s dietary allergies and preferences, and recommended dishes that were suitable for us. Her patience and genuine willingness to help made us feel well taken care of. What impressed me most was that every time we had additional questions or needed assistance, she approached us with a warm smile and was always ready to help. Her positive attitude and excellent service made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Thank you, Mary, for your outstanding hospitality. You made our family feel welcomed, and we will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!

Very nice place to eat pizza. The dining area is very big and that the staff here is friendly and accomodating to our requests. The kitchen is very far from the dining area tho. So it take time for the food to be ready and served to our table. They also asked us to do GES survey to get the free pizza so it was more worth it for us. Will come back again

We had a great experience at Pizza Hut Compass One mall. The food was really good, fresh, and served hot. Our kids absolutely loved the food and enjoyed the whole dining experience. We especially appreciate the excellent service from Supervisor Ms. Chua, who was very nice, attentive, and served us well throughout our visit. She made us feel welcome and ensured everything went smoothly. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience!
