Ordered through the website. The collection time given is very inaccurate. I arrived on time but waited for more than half an hour before I managed to get my order. Instead of giving a short waiting time from the web, I would prefer it to be more accurate so I can plan when I should come to the place. Thanks in advance for considering this fix. Edit: Instead of giving a generic response asking someone to write to your web. Please just inform us when you have fixed the issue and we'll update the reviews.

Very bad experience. Enquire for my order status but the staff deliberately avoiding me. Ask for his name but refused to acknowledge me. He even shouted to me if I can't wait, then cancelled the order. As he went to the kitchen I followed him as I wanted to know about my order. He then shouted loudly "Get out" with a metal piece pointing at me. At this point a senior staff heard the commotion & approached me to find out what happened. I explained to him what happened. I don't condone this behavior at the front counter in a service industry. I was traumatised on this incident. I was apprehensive to make a police report but won't hesitate in future.

Ordered at 8pm for pickup at 836. Reached at 845 and the food wasnt ready yet. Saw that there were people that ordered later than me but their pizza was already ready for collection. Was told it’d be ready in 5mins at 915 and I continued to wait till 940. Staff wasn’t apologetic and didn’t even apologise for the delay. Terrible experience I’d recommend ordering from other stores instead.

Pizza craving is easily satisfied with this neighborhood location within walking distance. Online order is simple and it gives you the option to get the food within 30 mins or hours/days in advance. After ordering, you get an email confirming the time the pizza will be ready (for pickup). The staff is friendly and is ready with the order right on time and at the right temperature. I decided to try the Jili Crab Pizza, a special creation for the Chinese New Year. It is flavorful but sadly, I can't expect real crabmeat for the price.

Pizza Hut in Singapore tastes awful, and I will never order from them again. Why destroy a good tasting brand from the US and make it taste grosser than the worst hole in the wall pizza place? I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas hoping to have my favorite tasting chain pizza and was so disappointed. The sauce is nothing like the original, the pepperoni tastes like Spam, and the cheese smells weird. To Pizza Hut Singapore corporate folks—please consider not breaking something that was already perfect.

This outlet is the worst! I asked for my pizza to be crispy, didnt mind if it was a little burnt on the sides. The old man there said cannot do. Must follow procedure. Even if can be done, I must pay extra. Huh??? Dear management! Pls look into this

Pizza is really wellmade , soft and cheesy , timing is amazing , sometime their just a little bit late but thats because there is way too many order so i understand why. We are all human but over all this pizza place is incredible

Poor service. Said that there is chilli flakes inside the box. Reached home in the rain. Non at all in the box. Went back to asked for chilli flake the same staff didn’t even apologised for the wrong info. No sorry upon handing over the chill flakes. No nothing. Poor service!!

Pizza Hut is so irresponsible to customer, wait for 2hrs, still can’t get my food. Call hotline but no one pick up. App order tracker is malfunction, then no one update any status of my order to me!! Kid is waiting for his dinner, but didn’t have food to let him to eat! If I go out to pack other food for my kid, then who eat those pizza if the food is reach? Because I can't contact any of the staff to check my order. Really disappointed to this pizza shop, very lousy service!

Pizza hut app feedback form is not working. And main feedback sent with no reply. Hence typing here. Its regards to my order delivery dated 23 Mar. Using the pizza hut app to make order at 1736 for delivery at 1850.. But order do not receive until approx 2025hrs. Between 1850 to 2025hrs.. tried to call the main hotline but no answer. Ordered hang at door w/out any apology or explaination. Before u ask me to send my feddback to www.pizzahut.com.sg/contact, I hv sent, no reply.
