Order is supposed to arrive 8.15pm, waited till 9pm then items arrive. On top of that, they send the wrong item! Ordered Kris cut kentang but they send waffles harshbrown, not what my kids want! Besides that calling Pizza Hut hotline is useless!! Waited for more than 20mins and still didn’t managed to get anyone on the phone!

Really bad service. Rude staff and filthy tables. This is NOT a dine-in restaurant. There are only a couple of filthy tables scattered outside the shop in an open air area. No cups no utensils no napkins . Non Air-conditioned

we had ordered the ultimate box set for 18-20 pax. one Large pan pizza was missing from the delivery as well as the cinnamon roll and the garlic bread. The received items were crushed. Delivery was also more than 30 minutes later than the alotted time. Worst service we’ve ever had by Pizza Hut
