Restaurant was not crowded on a Friday mid noon. The staff are helpful and attentive. We ordered Christmas special for 3. I think the portion is enough for 2-3 people. Other appetizer and dessert options in the set menu were missing, I was forced to order the remaining item. The quality and taste of food were okay.

Cheesy7 Buttermilk Chicken Pops set meal for 2 came with SJORA drinks. The pizza was sooooo delicious but perhaps due to the tons of flavours, the cheesy7 taste was masked. SJORA Lychee was way too sweet to be drunk, i had to add in half a cup of plain water 🥴 Will be back to Pizzahut for Cheesy7 takeaway since the drinks and soup aren't worth it. Came on a Saturday afternoon but it was pretty empty. The staff here were nice and helpful.

One of the worst outlet. Came few times hoping the next trip service will be better. Sadly, still the same. Food serving took very long despite not many customers in the restaurant. After waited for so long , inform us no mushroom soup. Ok fine, then when pizza came told us no cheese powder. Hello, if out of stock inform during our order taking lah since there is no customer also. Wait until pizza is serve only tell us this dont have that dont have. Zzz all the staff attitude like dont want to work especially the kitchen staffs and the young malay girl (have a nose piercing) and boy taking order. The girl is extremely rude to her colleague and even to customers. Dissapointed. Please do something.

I came in with a friend for lunch, I was going to order a medium pizza and a couple of drinks but the waitress suggested the “Treat for 2” which includes a medium pizza, 2 appetizers, and 2 soft drinks. It seemed like a pretty good deal so I went with that. I ordered an Hawaiian Pizza, Garlic Bread and Chicken Wings for the appetizers, and a Pepsi and a Root Beer. There are two dining areas here, one up front (the mall entrance side) that will hold about 32 people, and another one at the rear that holds about the same amount. There is also some outside seating out back. While waiting for our order one of the employees started spraying some kind of substance around the floorboards of the dining area, whatever it may have been it wasn't exactly appetizing, this is probably something they should do before opening or after closing. The food arrived in about 20 minutes and it looked good. The pizza was just okay, the wings were good, and the bread was my favorite of the three items I tried here. I noticed on the menu that one of the ingredients on the Hawaiian Pizza was Chicken Ham, now I don't know what chicken ham is but whatever it is it doesn't taste like either ham or chicken, maybe this is what kept the pizza from being any better than just okay. The restaurant looked clean and the service was fast and friendly.

Highly recommended if you enjoy long waiting times and bad service 👍 Waited an hour for my pizza. 45m in, asked staff to check and he said "hang on" but never got back to us. When the pizza arrived the server didn't bother furnishing any apology or explanation until I pointed out the 1h wait. To which he replied "oh ya sorry because the kitchen jammed with a lot of orders" and quickly scampered away. There are like 5 other tables and 3 came AFTER we ordered 🤨

Service was slow, however still passable. Asked for take away of left over food, a female waitress immediately help us bring it to the back to pack it. Awhile later, saw the waitress holding a piece of pizza slice quickly walking into the kitchen. Did suspect a little that it may drop or something? But did not bother too much. Another male waiter walked out of the kitchen and made a smile to us. It takes quite awhile for the food to be packed, and pass it to us. When reach home, there was indeed a missing piece. Staff didn’t even mentioned that it was drop on the floor or any apologies made… or did the staff took our food for themselves? Who knows!

Omg pizza hut can u do better at training staff to be more efficient or something. Both dining in and take away waiting time is RIDICULOUSLY long. I ordered online and form said to be ready by 6.45pm. I arrived on time, and the guy said it's another 20-30min. Sorry to sound harsh but either update the time on your form, or please hire people who work at normal speed.

it was on xmas night and my family came at 920pm to the restaurant. Was told by the staff (2-3 of them) that the restaurant was closed and they rejected our order. A kind trainee manager then step in to take our order and let us in. I understand it’s closing time but thank you for serving us though we had to rush to eat so that you guys can also go home and rest.

Went in 1625h. No service at all. Waited till someone appeared. The waiter got a table but said quickly,”scan to order”. And disappeared. 2 staff chatted away, totally oblivious to customer’s needs or questions. If they are having breaks, they should communicate. Until the service improves, no food is ordered.

The service is great. Jerry was so good and helpful. He is proactive, efficient and thinks for the customer. Manager was helpful too. All he stuff are smiling and willing to offer help. Great job, keep up the good work Jerry and all.

Food and ambience was okay. Service staff was terrible. When I ordered, made payment and entered the restaurant, the service staff suddenly informed me that my order was for take-out only, not dine-in. However, when I placed the order, the service staff did not once check if I was doing take-out or dine-in. The service staff then pointed out that my order was only available for take-out. However, the menu did not state this fact. She then showed me a dine-in menu, in which the prices were significantly different for take-out. To punish me (the customer), they said they would only serve me in the cardboard, take-out box. When I left and said goodbye to the staff, they all ignored me. Terrible customer service. Worst dining experience in Singapore ever.

I've visited the Westmall Pizza Hut a few times and today I encountered a new employee named Jun Xuan while placing my takeout order. His customer service was excellent, and he was a cheerful individual. I commend him for his exceptional service and hope to see more employees like him in the future.

Short of staffing but service was great from Alice and Zhen. Very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my dinner with my family there .
