Manager (?) or the lady at the counter had such a bad attitude. She looked like she was not interested in serving at all. I wanted to use a voucher but it was a PH. She immediately shut me off before checking the conditions on the voucher, which didn’t state her I can’t use on a PH. While her staff was busy preparing a large delivery order, she went out for her smoke break and didn’t even bother to help, making me wait for half an hour for a box of cheesy melts. Overall I will never come back to this outlet again. Management really needs to look into staff attitude and service.

It’s new and it’s functioning to perfection. Fresh pizza bread in three variations, with fresh ingredients and served hot to eat/delivery. Service is good but do note that the seating is limited, maybe 8-10 people. Hopefully they maintain the rating!

On time delivery even to Tuas area, the delivered pizza still crispy and hot. 7 cheese haiwaiian amazing.

Always have issue .From staff attitude ,poster not updated if no stocks ,prices not updated .Nets/credit machine always down .Not sure if its really down or they just want cash terms .Management should look on this matter .

Ordered the bbq chunky chic. Staff followed instructions to remove onions👍.The pizzas tasted very mediocre, unlike the previous time we ordered from the jurong point outlet.

Had to wait 45 minutes for my order then they told me they got the order wrong so I had to wait an extra 10 mins. Waited an hour for a pizza

You need to clearly state your closing times .it states 11pm on the store door and when I went in to order at 10pm was told its closed...so what does this mean???staff excuse was the timings on the door are old....up your management and service people....
