The Prawn Aglio Olio , we ordered Medium Spicy but come the food is totally 【NO taste at all 】even a bit taste also don't have !!! really very very horrible ❗ WASTE MONEY , NO ORDER AGAIN ❗

Absolutely terrible service, if there was an option for 0 stars, I would put that without hesitation. My delivery was delayed by 1.5 hours, and obviously I had to call the counter through the phone number provided by the PizzaHut app. Did not accept the call 5 times, and on the 6th time, the staff to pick up the phone had to be the most nonchalant person ever. I asked why the order was delayed, and he gave me the most one word reply, I’m not in charge of your order. Bro if you are not in charge of the order, who is. Me? And he proceeded to give me the most useless information and hung up on me, interrupting my question. Do not ever buy from this store if you want your food to come in on time, and the staff working at the counter need one tight slap one.

If you were to place a self collect order from this outlet, safest is to choose payment by cash. If you paid by credit card, paypal or paylah in advance, but prepared for very bad service. Normally the staff at the counter are already rude and clueless about what is going on, but my experience today was the ultimate. I placed a self collect order and paid by paylah. Estimated time of collection was 1929hrs, and I reached there at 1932hrs. Before me, there were already around 3 grab riders, but I still went ahead to the counter to asked about my order. The staff was on his earphones watching drama on his HP, and I had to ring the bell on the table to get his attention. He checked the row of warmer bags, and didn't see my name and so asked me to wait. Along the way, I saw the branch manager, and told him I am still waiting for my order, and he asked me to wait. Then 30 min passed and I saw a customer who got his self collect order immediately. I asked again the counter staff to check the system if my order was still in the system. Then he called the branch manager, and happened that my order was all along left on the table outside the counter, unattended. Now the food was cold, mushy by the steam... and I don't know if sabotaged as left out unattended. If I have yet to pay for my order, maybe they would take it more seriously with the order. Followup: The branch manager called me on the phone, he did try to compensate me with another pizza. But I don't feel like he is sorry about the incident, and so I reject the offer but will reflect the matter to their HQ office instead.

food was good but service was HORRIBLE!! workers were shouting here and there and I waited for 30 mins just for 1 small pizza and 3 wings. my friend asked the worker 3 times if our food was coming and they kept shouting at my friend saying "WAIT!" or "ITS COMING" I would give the food a decent rating but I would give the service 0 stars if possible.

Hear what I feel about this outlet, and I believe the review is really important. You guys can’t just see the negative thing, but please be calm down first before have the review. The staffs are very caring. I ordered pizza and bring my girl. The informed me ahead that I might be have to wait a bit longer since it’s weekend and I totally understand. Around 15minutes later, the man staff came to us and gave us the garlic bread 🥖… and served us with the big smile. My daughter liked it. I believe that if we’re polite with them sure they also know how to serve us better. In return, I bought 2 soft drinks from them. Really appreciate..

Pick up time is not accurate. Food was late for 10min and the staff is playing their phone at the counter and just ignore you. Even the aircon is leaking like seriously.

I saw my order over there. I even called their staff. U expect me to wait for you relaxing using phone for 10min? I even came in late cause i know Ramadan long order. But i freaking saw my order there call the staff. Next time please make self service we take ourselves

Staff were chilling outside the outlet while I waited at the counter. When they finally came in, went straight to pack the food, no gloves, no tongs, and no washing of hands after smoke break. Handled cooked food with bare hands in full view of the customer 👌
