Only provide take-away option. If order pizza, the waiting time can be up to 20 mins. So it would be better to order on mobile app first then go for collection.

Pizza was reasonably priced because of 50% discount. Limited options for the lowest tier of pizza (4 meat + 1 veg), and taste was so-so. The worst was the Very Beefy, which was just sausage and beef meatballs (not sure if flour or other fillers used; not quite the advertised minced beef), which just tasted very cheap. Delivery status on website needs fixing because it measures by geographical distance without accounting for order of delivery - it told me driver was 1-3 minutes away for over 20 minutes, even though he was actually delivering other orders first. Can imagine if you were waiting outside your house because of that estimated time, you would be very irritated by the end. Edit 31 Dec 2021: ordered from this place again. Some pizzas were not fully cooked. Base was 50% raw dough.

I always ordered and got delivered from here because it is the nearest from me. The timing I would say always on time. When they said 11:30am will arrive at that time exactly. Comparing to last time, it has been improved a lot. Last time always delayed in delivery like 30-60 minutes. However, yesterday the pizza was still wet. Not really crispy. The cheese was still like block of cheese. There was one time I remembered this shop was closed and changed to four finger and I couldn't get any delivery last time. When I passed by there again I saw pizza hut shop. The shop got sell the pizza not only for delivery. There is no dine in only. I prefer delivery still, last time took me more than 30 minutes just to order one pizza.

Take away only.... $3/6/9 🍕🍕🍕 Cook to order and 3 pizzas I bought was fresh n hot! Highly recommended! But need to park at one far corner beside roti prata

One of the male malay staff is very rude from the moment we step into the store. He asked for details about my order when i say, No reply were given and after some time he just simply said “Not ready”. Hence i decide to wait in the store. And he yelled at me to wait outside. There is no waiting area outside and we were waiting at the walkway. When the food is ready i confirmed with the same guy if there is cheese (i add on additional tub of cheese). He told me a “yaaaa” with an annoyed tone. I am sorry pizza hut you may need to train your staff to be polite to customers. Highly disappointed with the service.

Very bad. Late for order delivery. Non contactable. Late for 1 HR and counting. No way to contact the outlet as well. Can't get through.

Bad.why? Because I ordered my pizza and it was self collect but my card wasn't going through,so I thought I could pay upfront at the counter.But when I was there they said cash only but I don't have cash on me at that time so I called my sister but no one had cash.My sister told me to past my phone to one of the staff working there but when I tried getting their attention they ignored me.I had no idea how long I waited until one noticed that I was trying to get their attention.So I told them to cancel my order and I'll order from the counter and mind you that original price was 26.30,they charged me 32.90 and stuff.They didn't even try to talk nicely like what.Pizza hut you need to train your staff better,until then I'll go to dominos that is just right next door.

1 of my fav outlet for pizza. The pizza always nice done. Keep it up 💪 Pickup time was normally 20 minutes, but this time round more than a hour. Well, could be due to high order surge and hope this is a 1 time incident. Lastly, hope they bring back the pocket pleaser 😁

Had a good experience at jalan kayu pizza hut.. even tho they had a shortage of staff that is working,waiting time for my pizza is just 10 minutes.. and within the time my take away is ready.. very fast and pizza is bake nice and fresh..keep up the good work

Hi this is Mr Alvin I will like to feedback my order was late for 15- 20mins from actual delivery time I had to called your call centre for 4 times just to check my delivery status and get the manager from the store to call me back and the manager sound very rude and feel like unwilling to accept that late delivery was not her fault I had told her cancel my order and refund me back my money which is $21.35 to my payment card. I will never ever going to order from pizzahut anymore after this incident I will inform all relevant authorities if needed totally cannot accept rude attitude from a assistant manager 😕

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. NYE post... but it's happened before on another regular Sunday evening. Food hasn't arrived, but I've given it a complete one-star review because I have nothing to go on. 18:09: placed order. "Your order is being made." 20:11: Order status still in "Your order is being made." Sent negative feedback requesting for cancellation. 20:39: Order is in the oven. (Why leh? What's the point?) Phone calls are not going through, or not getting picked up. As other patrons before me have suggested, there is something very wrong with your system at this branch. Instead of reflecting on improving your system, you are belting out robotic replies. Here's some constructive feedback: You should be able to provide an estimated waiting time when the queue is long OR turn down order within 15 minutes if you can't fulfill them within an hour. Ridiculous that this is the second time. Shame on me for giving the outlet a second chance.
