Visited this outlet on 8 Sep at 18:20 and received exceptionally poor service. A young non chinese staff member wearing earpods completely ignored us when we walked in. We tried to ask if we could dine in or place an order, but she acted as though we weren't there and continued with what she was doing. Disappointing and completely unhelpful"l

We had the National Day bundle. It was great value for money. The pizzas were nicely cooked and the sides were well presented. Everything tasted delicious. My order was ready when I arrived to pick it up. Thank you Harod and the team at Chai Chee! Well done!

Impressed with the friendly staff. I came back here after a long time where I had a prior bad experience. The outlet has certainly improved. Was served by MARSHA who is pleasant and patient. Thanks again for the good service.
