First time dining in at Pizza Hut SAFRA Punggol. Ordered Beef Lasagne, not worth the high price. Pizzas were tasty though.

Known this outlet to be a delivery focused outlet but there were tables and chairs inside the restaurant so one would minimally expect there to be a good standard to the food available. Ordered my pasta dish and was told to wait at least 30 minutes for the food. Almost 30 minutes later my food was ready, served in takeaway containers and most of all, lacking any kind of salt. The food was severely bland and lacking flavour. Went to the counter hoping I could use some salt from the kitchen but was told they don’t provide salt as this is delivery outlet

Quiet and fairly clean compared to most other outlets since they only do takeaways. The downside is everything is self service, even soft drink does not come with ice.

The management should at least also instruct their staff not TO BE RACIAL AND RUDE. Went today and the CHINESE guy with a little baldness at the counter was behaving rude and was racial while dealing with me and was making faces and shaking head while taking my order as i was asking him some questions about the contents of the pizza and the same guy dealt with a broad smile and talked politely while taking order from the local customer. Wow PIZZA HUT WOW Not acceptable, i would have given him a befitting response at that time but i just controlled my self. Wont be going to that deserted outlet again where the customers are treated according to their RACE. SHAME

This place is probably one of the worst place to get your food. I made my order on the 22 march of 2020 at 5:44pm and I only received my order at 6.30pm. Almost an hour of my time wasted. I'm guessing it's because they prioritize the food companies first. A total waste of time. If you have lots of time to spare you may come here. If you're in a rush. Don't bother. This place should just close down and be replaced with a more reliable eatery. I will never make a purchase here or any other Pizza Hut for as long as I'm still alive because I might as well die waiting for their order to arrive.

I placed an order at approximately 17:40 and waited patiently for it to be delivered. As time passed, my patience began to wear thin. By 21:00, I had not received my order, which is a considerable delay that far exceeded the expected wait time. Throughout this period, there was a disappointing lack of communication from the outlet. I was not updated on the status of my order or informed about any potential delays. Feeling frustrated and hungry, I had no choice but to call in to cancel the order due to the lack of responsiveness.

I know there are better places for pizza in singapore.. But some how if you like pizza hut, try here.. I felt lost when my favorite pizza hut(at bedok) closed down few years ago. Now I have new favorite pizza hut here :) Try out same meterial same recipe how much can be different by right person in kitchen.. I don't used to eat galic bread from pizza hut but here.. My restaurant selection criteria. 1. Not crowded (zero or less than 10mins waiting) 2. Quiet 3. Safe and spacious 4. Kindness / cleanliness 5. Reasonable quality of food This place fulfill all of them for now.. :)

order on pizza hut app bbq pizza top $5 and the pizza cam with out the bbq sauce and their chicken wing is pink looks disgusting

I would like to feedback Adha and his team for being so helpful and always there to assist us by asking how was our meal . And was the food really good. We can also taste that the pizza is done with lots of love and effort . We will bring my family and friends here more often. Good job people.

Pizza Hut delivery in white plastic bag, food above room temperature. Used to be delivered in a keep warm black bag. Fries turning cold and harden. wasn't like this in the past. dialed 62353535 for customer support, put on call waiting 3 times until line disengaged. Finally got thru to a guy and he said i would get a call back. time was around 8pm. its now 8.39pm and still no feedback. Ive decided to post this feedback.

Unreliable restaurant. Operating hours were listed as till 1.30am. I placed my order at midnight. Waited for 2 hours, food never came. If you never intended to fulfill my order, please do not accept it and change status to "kitchen's preparing your order".

Am always at safra during weekends for work. I barely eat pizza but for a reason always enjoy my dinning experience at safra branch. Staffs are friendly and smilely. Despite hyper busy on weekends, I don't need to wait too long for my food. Great job to the team at safra

Punggol Safra is by far, my favourite pizza hut outlet. the staff are super friendly and also very efficient. food doesn’t take too long and is also very delicious. will come back again!!

i love how well they make the pizzas and how fast my food can be delivered , it shows they actually prioritise your orders first and gets it done as soon as possible 🤩🤩 really love their garlic bread too !! would really recommend ordering from here ! 🤩🤩

The food on-site is delicious, but the service was far from decent. We visited on a weekday at 2 PM and were the only customers. Although the two staff members were busy prepping online orders, they ignored my friend’s presence for a good 10-15 minutes after taking my order. My friend eventually gave up trying to get their attention and ordered online instead. They also turned away three students, claiming they were “too busy,” but then served a couple just seconds later. While this is a delivery-focused outlet, this is no way to treat paying customers. Additionally, the food took quite a long time, and my friend had to wait over 20 minutes before following up on her order. To the management, it would be better if adequate manpower is provided. You can check the CCTV and see that your shop is empty, perhaps because customers cannot even place their orders and instead go next door. And to the staff, please be consistent in your service.

The staff/manager by the name of Adha was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very welcoming. He even gave us an option to try out their best selling pizza as we didnt know what to get. Thank you so much for the great service!!!

The activity “show 10 cents coin get a free pizza “ advertisement info was the giveaway that will take place from 2pm to 4pm. I reached there around 1:30pm and the service staff told me fully redeemed. PIZZA HUT next time please advertise “FIRST COME FIRST RESERVED”, and dun misleading consumers!!!!
