To be honest, compared to the critical reviews from customers and reviewers, this store has exceeded my expectations. The staff were quick to get my order after I pre-ordered my phone to self collect one hour before. The staff were polite and served me with a smile. Although the outlet was full-house and crowded with lots of people, I can see how hard-working the staff were as they diligently satisfied all the orders. The outlet is quite recently renovated and moved to a new location, and it looks good. The pizzas were great and warm when collected. You should consider buying despite the bad reviews it's not bad at all!

Order is scheduled to be picked up by 7:24pm. When I reached the place, I walked up to the counter. They saw me but nobody even greeted me or asked me how they can help. It was very awkward. Only after a few minutes then someone asked me what’s my name whilst I’m showing them my order screen with all the information. Lol The restaurant wasn’t packed, only 4 tables were occupied. The chicken tenders were cold. Expected hot / warm food when I have to wait for my food to be ready. And their staff that was handling the food wasn’t wearing mask and still communicating with his colleagues. Lastly, their riders really like to illegal park and obstruct pavements and roads.

regular pizza request cut 8. whats so difficult . straight no to your face. asked for 2 pkt chilli flakes ,give me the look. ok nevermind just 1 than ok.

They are very friendly and welcoming even when I just walked in a minute before their closing. Prepared my take away order without any excuse and hesitation. Kudos to the Customer service!

Ordered 2 pizzas and an prawn aglio olio. Well, it doesn’t even taste like aglio olio. Undercooked, dry, and just tasted like I'm eating chinese yellow noodle with chilli. It look so pitiful that I don’t even know how they came out with the $12.90 price point. I feel depressed just thinking how I could have spent the money on instant noodles instead.

Amazing service! I ordered through the mobile order and by the time i got there, it was ready and hot…well deserved pizza for me as i was very tired from work. 😄

Understand that it’s eve of PH..and I think they must be prepared for times like this. We came to store and looking for something to order..when the lady crew suddenly told me that they’re not taking order because they’re very busy..but as what I saw..there are crews chatting..and kitchen crew were walking here and there like so relax.. When i return to asked again if they going to open for taking order again the lady crew firmly told me again that no they not taking order because they’re busy. Btw..kitchen crew whose making pizza is not wearing mask

Ordered on grabfood from this specific outlet and the garlic bread had mould on it. Called Pizza Hut hotline and they offered no assistance and kept saying “contact grab contact grab”.

Had a wonderful experience eating here together with my friends. The staff members were very nice and had our pizzas done quickly!! Especially the staff named ‘Hazrul’. When we decided that we wanted to order an extra pizza, the pizza was out in quick fashion! He also recommended several pizzas that fit into our palette well as we had some preferences! just overall, an experience that I would come back for!

Had a really great experience eating here the other day especially since I stay in the east. The food was decent, but if I can recall, there a worker by the name of ‘hazrul’ who was really friendly. It warmed up my mood that day especially since I was down before. He recommended me a few different pizzas. Ma Ma Mia I think I am a pizza fan now! 😊😃
