By far the worst store ever. I have ordered multiple times from the location. They end up always not Meeting the delivery timing and even sometimes not even delivering. When you call store manager(s), they are as clueless as you are. Their best alternative is to just cut the bill and give you your order for free and you end up waiting 2-3 hours for your order. I have frustratingly driven down to collect my order after waiting 2 hours, only to go to the store to see it being operated by a bunch of youngsters who are taking smoke breaks and chit chatting - instead of fulfilling the orders on hand. Pizzahut should investigate the staff and the profitability of running the store if your staff just keep giving away free pizzas due to thier Incompetencies

Worse service that I have encountered. Placed an order for 2 pizza's and it took them almost 2 hours to prepare the pizza. Lousy efficiency. Hopes this restaurant close down.

Ordered the new Korean Army Stew Pizza for takeway. Supposed to have ramyeon topping but that was missed out when we opened up at home :/

Order pizzas from this outlet, the pizzas have absolutely lost the nostalgic taste and aroma from Pizza Hut. Taste was rather bland and quite oily. They also missed out the cinnamon sugar coatings on the finger bread :( order was prepared fast though. Hope food quality can be improved. Thank you.

Ordered delivery. Pizza was undercooked. Tried to call outlet, forever line busy. Was amazed by how fast the delivery was BUT disappointed by the quality of pizza. Super undercooked.

Call in advance to collect a pizza? Costs 100% more than ordering on premises. Try the app, good luck. Pizza is the best around, but head ache to get it not worth the sweet makan.

Ordered at around midnight, arrived past 2am. Everything was cold, pizzas were badly cut and half the order was wrong. I’ll be bringing my clientele to dominos.

I wanted to use the voucher redeemed from Fairprice app. It showed applicable for walk in and take away order… but the staff asked to redeem voucher and do online order instead. However somehow the code unable to use for online purchase. hence went for in-store order again… but staff cannot help at all.. even after showing him the voucher details.. only said “I don’t know, I don’t know” … if you all don’t know, why have this voucher and why ask me to do redeem first
