Ordered for delivery at 6:35pm, said will arrive by 7:25pm. Food only arrived at 8pm. If you are busy at least switch off delivery (just like how Domino’s does) and only allow self-pick up. Waited for over an hour for the food only for the pizza dough to be RAW. Ridiculous & disgusting. Please order from other pizza joints instead.

This store was mysteriously disappeared from the Pizzahut app right after the order. Then went to the store to check if takeaway is possible, stuffs didn't have any ideas on their menu and cannot give clear info. Very confused, Pizza Hut should check this store and give better trainings to its employees to be professionals

Ordered 1 day in advance, paid upfront on food panda. They cancelled 15 mins before delivery time and didnt give a timely refund. GREAT inconvenience and a hassle. Find your food somewhere else.

For the second week in a row, my pizza order arrived late. When I pointed out his tardiness the first time the delivery person looked at his watch and said, "No I'm not." and walked away. The second time, the delivery person smiled, shrugged his shoulders, and walked away. Both times the pizzas were not hot and the boxes were soggy. If you like fresh hot pizza find a place that can.

Ordered at 10am for delivery at 1130am. Its now 2pm and no pizza in sight and no one answers the phone at the branch. App has a feature to track the order but it doesn't work. My kids are going bonkers. Thank you Pizza Hut but this is the first and last time.

Slight delay to my delivery order, but quite good already cos it was raining. We enjoyed the $1 thin crust pizza promotion (with minimum spend $15) as well as the new pizza Meltz which came with a tomato dip that was surprisingly complex in flavour. The waffle fries were also a fun treat.
