Go to "healthier" option for food. Super huge bowl and super filling. The chicken always sold out so do go earlier during meal times. Tons of topping options and service crew always very generous.

Ordered chicken daily bowl but no chicken to be seen. Not even one shredded chicken in it. I mix everything n try to find it. Think positive. Maybe at the bottom but nope. Disappointing.

Found Plastic in Food - This outlet in particular seems to have very poor standards compared to others. From missing orders to food quality and constantly running out of chicken etc. Finding plastic in the food is the most dangerous issue of the lot.

Stuff'd Northpoint Staff was very rude and impatient when taking order. My daily bowl had very little sauce even though I only chose one sauce. Try eating salad and cous cous dry. Their quality is worse than stuff'd at other locations. What little sauce I had was smeared on the side of the bowl. Bad experience.

Prior to ordering there was the signage that theres no chicken at 4.35pm. So i asked roughly how long more till chicken would be ready because I’ve waited before. Staff told me 13 mins or more without going behind to check (okay i trust you even tho u didnt go take a look) then I proceeded to order 2 beef daily bowl. Just as i was making payment, i saw another staff shaving chicken and there already was chicken ready to be served. Honestly it feels damn scammed, to order smtg u didnt want bcs the wait was 13 mins but actlly it was just a mere 2-3 mins lol 🫡 pls @mgmt team EXPLAIN TO US WHY R YALL ALWAYS OUT OF CHICKEN ESP ITS ONLY 4.30pm, it’s understandable that it runs out during peak if thrs too many ppl wanting chicken but 4.30 leh..

The best burrito in Singapore! The wrap comes with a distinct, pleasant aroma similar to that of Prata when it’s grilled on the pan. The ingredients complement each other very well, though sometimes they don’t spread the sauce out evenly. I’ve seen some lower star reviews about the staff being slow or careless, but I think we have to be understanding because the Northpoint outlet always has a very long queue.

Ordered chicken burrito and chicken daily bowl. During peak periods (Lunch and Dinner time), may see a very long queue. Off-peak, lesser queue. No dine in, only takeaways. There seemed to have some production line in this Stuff’d branch. Can be quite efficient in packing depending on the staff. Have ordered multiple times. Have different sauces, veg sides to choose from.

Quite abit of waiting time during the peak hour. It is understandable. Can tell that the staffs are trying their best to clear the queues. Despite that, the staffs are great! They are polite. Food portion are good for daily bowl. The foods taste fresh too.

Food is good. In fact damn good. Just the waiting time around 30mins. Queue barely moving. Only 3 staffs in counter to handle all customers. Eh management, don't be so stingy la. Hire more ppl.

I have been patronizing stuff'd frequently. I love their food. Good taste & serving. Burito & kebak are my favourites. But today at around 5.40pm when I order burito without vege as usual, the serving weighs 361g which is less than their minimum weight of 400g. I had to go back to ask the staff but she claimed that my burrito did not hit the min weight because i didn't choose veg. This is unacceptable. I have bought from this outlet so many times and is always above min weight. This time the staff gave such excuses without apology and did not give me receipt. Pls look into it and improve on your customer service.

Im a loyal fan of stuffd but today's guac was spoilt and it tasted strangely sour and rotten. Had to abandon half my kebab cuz the taste was so bad. Chicken is delicious as usual but pls keep the guac in the fridge if u don't want it to go bad so quickly

Delicious burritos - who knew mash potato would go so well in a burrito. I'm also a big fan of the daily bowl salads. This outlet is always busy, but the staff are always friendly, professional, and doing their best to serve customers as efficiently as possible. Some staff are more generous with portions than others - we prefer the generous ones! Just a suggestion: it would be great if at some point they could also offer roasted peppers/capsicums as a filling, and perhaps a different flavour of rice, rather than coriander.

Bought on 18/7/2024 around 7.30pm. It has been a while since I last bought Stuff’d and I was shocked when I saw the portions I was served today. I bought a Chicken Burrito and Pulled Lamb Daily Bowl. Not sure if this is the new standard but the portions used to be so much larger. The Chicken Burrito I got was the size of a Kebab and the Daily Bowl seemed to be HALF the size it used to be! Shocking and upsetting. I could see the servers literally serving half of everything - the vegetables, sauce, meat and toppings. The cashier even had to look underneath the Daily Bowl to check that there was actually meat inside. Maybe because it was evening crowd and had to cut down portions to serve more people? Even so, the portions should not be compromised at all! If this is the standard that I should be expecting from Stuff’d from now on, I’ll have to reconsider patronising. The food is still yummy as usual, but the portions are a big concern. What used to be 5 stars had dropped to 3. Hope to see better the next time, or else it’ll be the last. 😔

guys it's so clear you're so understaff in your Yishun branch. yesterday i bought my burrito took around 15 mins to prepare because you only have 2 staffs and the guys although he's trying very hard (kudos to you brother) he so overwhelmed manning the cashier and also completing the half of the orders and needless to say also have a lot of delivery orders coming in. clearly the company is getting a lot of money with the queue of customers both physical and delivery service but you need to add more people. Also your station has run out of beef early on and so early no indicator that it will be replenish. Also, of all the shops in Yishun yours looks like have a lot of flys as well. Love Stuff'd the longest time but you guys needs to improve.
