Having my salmon bowl almost 3 times a week. However today having a bad experience as the lady China staff been so rude. she want to explained that need to wait but I couldn’t hear clearly and I politely asked back .. sorry ! And she just totally rolled eye to me. So disappointed. Won’t back to Stuff at chinatown point again!!!!

Went around 6pm on a weekday, there was no queue and most selections were still available. Their prices increased recently, the smoked salmon daily bowl now cost $8.20, but it’s still worth the money for me as they gave a decent amount of salmon, and the service was very good. I didn’t see that they have seasonal toppings and only picked my usual ones until I was making payment. Extra toppings cost $1, but the female server was super nice and topped up the mala tofu for me to try at no extra charge. Just a suggestion though, to place the seasonal topping list together with the usual ones so customers know that there are more they can choose from!

ordered chicken burrito bowl, but was charged higher price for chicken daily bowl. what’s more the container is barely half full and portion is so small, feel so scammed. there wasn’t a queue at the store when i arrived, so no excuse. i was in a rush so didn’t check properly, and lack of communication (nor a simple thank you) from the cashier either. i like stuffd but really disappointed in the poor service of this outlet and don’t feel like returning anymore ☹️☹️☹️ hope there can be improvements made.

I have been to many stuff d outlet in all branches in SG and one thing i really appreciated is the Staff who help me to assist on my order very hospitality , helpful and diligent. I'm referring to Ms Genie. Its was a pleasant expirience and looking forward to have another visit.

Very understaffed, very slow service, customer in the queue for 15 mins and the long line is not moving at all. Always run out of food as early as around 7pm ish, which is the normal time when people buy dinner. Seriously need an upgrade in their service. Not even my turn yet after posting this comment.

The worst stuffd experience I ever had. I payed $8.6? for the daily bowl but I got very little chicken and the chicken I got were all small minced pieces and that overall was very disappointing to say the least. Please this is not cheap I’m not expecting to get like a very big scoop of meat but the portion of meat is so little and disappointing for something so expensive.

I would just like to feedback about an incident that happened around 3pm. One of ur staff yelled at another staff and instructed him to get out. There was a group of foreigners standing nearby and I feel that it’s embarrassing as this behaviour isn’t a good representation. I may not know what caused that staff to react the way he did but I’m sure there is a more professional way to reprimand a fellow colleague. Yelling at a fellow colleague so publicly only reflects unprofessionalism and a bad name to the company.

Best service out of some other outlets I’ve been even the foods are excellent, very nice food very value for money and portioning is very sufficient.. service from YING and DILLON is very good too.. KUDOS TO THE BOTH OF THEM!!!!

bought a daily bowl today at stuffD chinatown point servis is excellent especially Dillon and Ying.. the food is amazing and i’ll definitely come back for more.. do extend my compliments to the both of these excellent staff..

Avoid this outlet at all cost. went chinatown point outlet at 7.41pm to get my food and was served by a china lady which is extremely rude and when you ask her to talk nicely she would death stare you while serving. i doubt she even have a proper training beforehand lol. i saw another review highly suspect is the same lady, and i was surprise she’s still here working. niceee

went to get a simple & early dinner & was served by a rude china lady , she kept raising her voice at me like i did smtg wrong , i told her what i want and she rolled her eyes at me . she then continue to raise her voice as i order my food . wouldnt buy my food thr anymore with this kind of service 😤 was so mad i got treated this way when i only wanna buy food .
