Stuff’d management, I hope you see this. I’m a regular customer at Stuff’d Gouco Tower, Tanjong Pagar. I order the chicken kebab at least twice weekly during lunch. Today I visited your outlet at Waterway Point and it was really disappointing. The staff are more interested in talking to themselves then serving customers and also when they finally realised I was standing there waiting for my order to be taken, the staff had in 1 hand had her GF order chit and was packing my order haphazardly whilst focusing on packing the GF order. Usually in the Gouco Tower outlet, the kebab is heated up nicely before being served. At WWP, once the kebab was wrapped it was just passed to me and that feeling of eating a cold kebab is def not of stuff’d’s standard. Would have expected stuff’d to have a consistent SOP across all outlets.

I always get their daily chicken bowl as it was a wallet friendly and healthy meal. However, I notice that over the years, their portion sizes for vegetables, toppings and even the main protein aka chicken have decreased significantly. I mean look at the portion sizes in the pictures. Food is average tasting but I still come back because im trying to lose weight and eat healthy.
