First of all, thank you, Ms. June, and the entire team. I’ve been coming here for almost a decade, and they continue to provide the best food and outstanding customer service. On the rare occasion that there’s been a mistake with my order, they’ve always resolved it quickly and professionally without any hassle. Thank you all for your consistent service and dedication. Keep up the great work!

I’ve always like Stuff’d & it’s always my go to. However manager at this branch is so arrogant?? As a bystander on other days, it’s a bad experience. I ordered through the system at 3.21pm, after the office lunch crowd The ordering page showed several toppings as sold out but I could see the replenished items behind the counter I reach out & asked if they could refresh the system so I could order those toppings & I was ignored. No acknowledgement & carry on talking. Since I was already hungry, I just proceeded with other ingredients instead. I also paid extra to add chicken, but around half of the chicken served was extremely tough, to the point where it was inedible ( attached photo ) It’s not a lot in a scoop, doesnt it look like half a scoop was being thrown away? I don’t expect exceptional service but I do expect basic customer service & food quality? I dont know, isit too much? Food is not cheap yknow. If an item has been restocked, updating the ordering system or at least responding to a customer’s question would be nice.

Ordering via QR code is the same price as ordering at the store, so it’s convenient to order in advance and pick up later. Yummy salad, always craving for it! Edit: I ordered 2 portions corn but this is clearly not double. Sad…

I've eaten stuffd everywhere and unfortunately this branch doesn't even bother to removed the burnt chicken. Come on. It's so bitter. That's why I hardly buy from this branch. Unfortunately when I try today, still the same. Bitter kebab cos of burnt chicken

I have to wait very long for my order today if i can give 0 star i will give zero star. I waited for almost an hour for my order and nvm i ordered for chicken kebab what is this? Where is my chicken????? And my kebab came in cold, and when i ask where is my order the lady in black tudung name hafizah as i saw the name tag, she replied me very rude saying just wait la everyone also waiting, if canno6 wait then don't order. How can you say that to the customer? How can you be so rude to the customer. And i really appreciate the staff name chloe for being so patience with me and explain they have not enough staff but the service by hafizah is outrageous to be honest. I will not come here ever again till this hafizah attitude is fix or she is gone. I have been coming here since the day this shop open. And this is fhe service i gotten today. Very rude and outrageous.
