Experience has been mostly good however last order added on 2x chicken and definitely did not get any extra that was paid for. Not enough time to travel back to fix; annoying. Will not be returning if it happens again. *Edit - Management quickly reached out and remedied the issue. Much appreciated.

Friendly efficient staff and lovely food! Went there to buy dinner and got 2 delicious burritos with very little waiting time. My go-to spot if I need a quick healthy bite!

I’m just extremely happy there’s a Stuff’d at Great World City now…. I saw some negative reviews here but I think it’s definitely not easy when there are new staff and when there are loads of orders. Keep up the good work guys !!

Had a very delicious and filling burrito that i just discovered here. Appreciate the patience and help from the staff in recommending & explaining every product that is available. Gonna be my to go meal now!

The staff messes up the order atleast 30 to 40% of the time. Understand that it can get busy but it should not be at the cost of compromising on service quality

we ordered our meal online and picked it up! we had their customisable chicken bowl. their chicken was not too hard and had a good amount of flavour to it, and the vegetables were all very fresh. they have a good variety of options as well. this is definitely a good place to grab a quick meal from!

I ordered ultimate daily bowl - vegetarian, all toppings, everything just veggies but what do I get - chicken in my food. And of course it's take away only so I get to know about this after reaching home. Pathetic!!!

Could you please ask the staff preparing the food to not touch the receipts? They touch the receipts with their hands and gloves and sometimes even let the receipt touch my food directly during preparation. Receipts contain high amounts of toxic chemicals like BPA and I wouldn't want any of that in my food. Maybe use a tong to handle the receipt or find another solution. The food is good and the staff are friendly, but this receipt thing is a big problem for me. I'm a regular customer and am willing to remove my review once this has been rectified.

Not bad, fast service, easy to self-order with the screens available, sometimes the chicken is tasteless, sometimes is really good They maintain affordable prices and I really thank that, it’s hard to find healthy food like this at reasonable prices I love that you can find the nutrition facts at their website, so i can include their meals in my daily macro count Just go down the stairs to level B1 and you’ll find them in front of you, very convenient.

I came here at 8pm on a Wednesday. Everything sold out except the veggie option - why bother closing at 9 if you can close at 8 and call it a day!

If your staffs stingy about giving the sauce then better dont open a stall here in great world mall. when i noticed there was not sauce in my kebab i walked over the stall and politely tell your staff they forgot to put the sauce, the girl reply there are sauce inside (i cant even see and taste it), i told her that it was too little and she reply "this is the standard! Im the one who make your kebab i remember i got put sauce" Excuse me, i ate stuffs more than 50 times, this is definately not the standard. If your team want to save cost by just giving few drops of sauce then i suggest you dont open a stall here.

Most of the items and toppings are not available at 7.30pm as they are closing early even though the operating hours is till 9pm.

Constantly out of ingredients like sauces, wraps and sometimes even meat. Update: Despite management response about busy times. Went back again 08/04 and they’re out of multiple sauces. Bad branch
