The egg mayo is finally back and I’ve Been getting this almost everyday this month! Love the fresh and generous amount of ingredients (which can’t be said for other stalls) Huge huge shoutout to June, Kim, Ryan, and Farah ! I’ve made friends with them from going there so often and they are always so nice and quick with their service. Thank you for feeding my egg mayo addiction 🫶 especially Ruminah 🥹

Had been a long customer of stuff’d, but unfortunately, I was disappointed as soon as I opened the container for my purchase from paya lebar outlet. The portion was surprisingly small, and it appeared that ingredients were missing. For the price, I expected much better quality and completeness.

Really disappointed with the experience at Stuff’d today. Went there at around 2pm+, so it wasn’t even peak lunch hour and the outlet was not crowded. You would expect the staff to have more time and patience to serve customers properly, but the service attitude was still quite poor and unfriendly. What surprised me even more was that they had no chicken left during lunch hours — only beef was available. Quite interesting for a fast-food chain during lunch timing… On top of that, the portion size was honestly shocking. It looked significantly smaller than usual and definitely not worth the price paid. Does the outlet even follow a standard portion guideline? Because what I received was really very little. Overall, pretty disappointing experience in terms of both food consistency and customer service. Hope management takes a look into this.

Ordered daily bowl chicken. Waited for a Muslim lady taking her time shaving the chicken when there is absolutely no queue behind me. After 2 minutes, another staff attended to me, gave decent amount of broccoli, BUT the chicken portion is pathetic - a mere 75g. See pictured (already removed lid’s weight). Pretty sure I see Stuff’d marketing that they give 120% of their usual protein now. Is this really consistent across all outlets? And I did not see them weighing the bowl on the scale before payment. The outlet’s owner or manager needs to seriously look into quality control for this outlet. It does not help that the Muslim lady staff attitude is so rude. Will NOT revisit. Guoco Tower or City Square’s outlet are much better and consistent.

Staff circled in image attached. I am writing to formally raise a complaint about an unacceptable experience at Stuff’d at around 3:00 PM on 26 March 2026. When I approached the counter and placed my order, the staff member completely ignored me. Even after I repeated my order politely, she continued using her phone for approximately 2 minutes directly in front of me before attending to me. There was no queue, and I was the only customer waiting. This level of disregard is extremely unprofessional. Her attitude throughout the interaction was dismissive, and disinterested. She behaved as though serving customers was a burden. When I mentioned I wanted sauce, she responded in a harsh and irritated tone, saying, “You tell me what sauce AHHHH” At the end of the transaction, she handed over my food not politely. The entire experience was unacceptable and far below basic service standards. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and investigated. Service staff representing your brand should not behave in this manner, especially when dealing with customers directly. This experience was honestly too much. Please do not place staff like this in front-facing customer service roles. I was polite throughout and simply trying to place my order, so I do not understand why I was treated with such attitude, as though I had done something wrong or owed her something.
