I ordered salmon daily bowl ($9.10) as a takeaway and selected two sauces—mayo cucumber and yuzu sesame. But now, after eating half of it, I can’t find and taste either of those sauces at all. The staff didn’t include them. It makes me recalled that, there were several staffs (about four or five) , with only 2-3 customers including me, but their task division was very disorganized at that time. I think this led to my sauces being missed. Overall, I’m quite disappointed.

Decided to get for a quick lunch and went for a chicken rendang quesadilla while my gf had a burrito. The total was 18.60$ and it was a looot of food so p good price. Do note that what they sell as quesadilla is not what you'd typically call a quesadilla but more of a burrito. However if you can look past that you'll actually get a nice and affordable meal here. The ingredients tasted fresh and the seasoning was rly good. Proper rendang flavor. You can choose between a bunch of different sauces too which is nice but the distribution could be better. My spicy sauce for example was all at the bottom. Anyway it was quite nice overall.

ordered a burrito combo ($11, combo consists of an additional nacho chips aside from burrito) at extra price and ultimate daily bowl ($9.30) for pick up. Went to pick up and notice ‘receipt’ on plastic bag showed 1/2 takeaway but there’s only one bag so i went to check. staff asked me what i ordered i said burrito combo and ultimate bowl 2 items so he pointed to my two literal items and said yup this two. i did not see nacho chips in an individual package so i thought it is put in the ultimate bowl or even within the burrito wrap. Only realise there really isn’t any nacho chips when i at the beach. so i ordered combo for nothing. also portion for ultimate is very very less as compared to other outlets i find it unworthy to be paying this price only to not find it any where filling the stomach which is so disappointing. nonetheless the staffs are nice and polite, perhaps could work on making sure all orders are prepared and packed well as well as being more generous with their portions.

I bought a chicken daily bowl for take-away at Vivo City at 7.09pm on 7 March. Upon reaching home, I was terribly shocked to find the followings missing: 1) onion 2) tomatoes 3) Honey mustard sauce 4) Yuzu sesame sauce 5) Add on Cheese It’s unbelievable at how many ingredients were missing from my order. It is not just one or two but five!!! Even the extra cost I incurred for cheese was missing! The bowl was very dry and hard to swallow since there was totally no sauce. I hope the staff could be better trained to pay attention to order details and take more pride in their work.
