Great service! The staff were very friendly and efficient. Even though there were many customers, the queue moved quickly and we didn’t have to wait long. The kebab was also really delicious! Definitely worth trying.

I cannot accept that my Burrito looks like a kebab… and Burrito is concave and not loaded. Standard and Quality control needs to be improved. No issue with the staff members all are nice.

Terrible experience I had today at Stuff’d on 19/05/2026. The portion was very little even after adding extra ingredients. I paid $12.80 for this, yet it was under the advertised 400g. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue at this outlet, as the portions were usually filling before.

It was my first time ordering from Stuff’d, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The malay staff wearing glasses was extremely rude while taking my order. When I was trying to look through the toppings (as I was unfamiliar with the options), he knocked on the glass twice with an impatient expression and blank face to show me the toppings which made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. I was extremely taken aback at this point. When I eventually said I didn’t want any toppings, he responded in a rude tone, saying I might as well choose a kebab instead, while staring at me in a fed-up manner. As a first time customer, this was very frustrating and unwelcoming. There was also no clear pricing displayed on the menu, so I wouldn’t even know the price difference between a kebab and a burrito. His comment came across as dismissive rather than helpful. You cannot expect all customers to already know your menu. There wasn’t even anyone else queuing behind so what’s the rush? I get that it’s going to close soon (idk it was only 8pm at that time) but that does not justify his attitude. Basic patience and courtesy should be part of customer service. Overall this was a disappointing experience and based on this, I would not return. Pls look into improving your staff attitude and customer service! I would rate 0 starts if i could lol
