Great food and very satisfy served by young lady. I had requested changed slice tomato to salsa for my order kebab she said this only upon request and gave to me. I also order daily bowl and the ingredient was fresh and very healthy.

Remove my review after post great work stuff'd !! Avoid at all cost. The smallest portion compare other outlets if you don't believe can just buy Nex outlet and compare.

Update : refund was processed in less than 24h. Very slow service. After waiting 30 minutes for my order, I was told they ran out of lettuce, tomato and cabbage... Requested to be refunded and to cancel my order. Waiting to see if I do indeed get a refund as they apparently are not able to refund directly at the cashier.

Shows on Google that outlet open at 10.30am. waited until 11.20am and no sign of opening soon. Stuff busy preparing but could at least put up a sign when the stall will open if not on time. Gave up waiting.

Your staff had informed me that my order was short of items during collection. Your staff, named Jay, offered an option of toppings as a side dish, which was either mashed potato or corn. However, he proceeded to ignore me and started working on other orders and neglected me after offering the side dish and no follow up was done.

the wait time was very long although there was not much crowd. passed by a few times and wanted to order but most of the items were sold out before 7pm. finally decided to try and ordered the daily bowl.. only found out there was 2 missing sides when i got home. noticed that other stores usually put the base at the bottom only and fill the top with sides but this store filled the bottom and top of the bowl with base. the non missing sides were miserably little, like 1 tablespoon full of corn and mashed potato. the box was very light but i didnt have a scale to check the weight. extremely disappointed and not value for money.

Tried many stuff’d outlets, this one takes the cake for slow service. Waited for half an hour for two kebabs and was only then informed that they ran out of ingredients. Photo enclosed showing the many customers affected during the dinner crowd clamouring for refund after getting frustrated with this experience.

I can understand that out of chicken is not your fault. But u keep ppl waiting for 40-50 minute. Then u update ppl that order something like Mala-chicken which u had the ingredients all the time… the most funny part is the Malay guy still wanna complain in Malay that “why can’t wait? Not like he is the next number…”? Walao Adik!!!! U got 9 ppl waiting in front cause u don’t have the ingredients…. And u can complete my order like 47 minute ago…. I do not blame the female manager, since she is trying her best to maintain the situation, and did apologise time to time. Just an advise… if u don’t have at least 1 hour waiting time, try not visit here , just to keep a good mood. Terima kasih banyak ya, Adik.!

I've tried stuff'd around this area, nex and the newly opened kovan, and this branch is a little stingier. First, the usual sign with minimum weight was not put up, next I noticed the order before mine and mine just barely scratching the 280g for a kebab. The chicken is also less flavourful than the others. The kitchen looks more disorganised too. Cheers to improvements.

The service at woodleigh outlet was super slow. I was first in line and there was not any queue at all before me, but it took almost 30 mins to finish prepare my order of 2 Quesadilla. There were 2 staffs on duty, and they were chit chatting in between when preparing the food. Staff couldn't seem to multitask and had to stop doing anything when everytime his colleague tries to talk to him. Not long after, 2 more customers arrive and had their food ordered. There didn't seem to have any sense of urgency from the staffs on duty and took their time to prepare the orders. The other customers had to wait very long as well. This is my first and the last visit to the Stuff'd at Woodleigh outlet. Not only is the service super slow, but food wise has dropped in quality too. It is not my first time eating food from Stuff'd, but the food quality here in Woodleigh outlet particularly disappoints me. The wholemeal pita bread seemed to be over toasted as it was hard when i was eating it. That destroyed my experience. Truly disappointed and genuinely am not returning back again.
