30 mins wait for a quesadilla... Seen other orders get collected but never called my number. Went to counter, was told it's still on the way. About a minute later I get it and it's ice cold. Probably was made ages ago and just left to die on the counter. You can do better...

The portion is so disappointing compared to other stuff’s outlets I’ve been to. Ordered the chicken rendang bowl expecting the portion to be somewhat decent, but what came felt like I ordered the chicken as a side. Ordered lettuce and cabbage as the base but only 4-5 strands of purple cabbage found. I can’t believe I paid $10.30 for this. Ordered another chicken daily bowl. Paid money to add 1 more portion of chicken $2 for the portion to look like a regular portion. Then if I didn’t add the portion, would the portion be even smaller? Ordered eggplant and only got 2 pieces of it. Overall, every base and topping we ordered felt pathetic and I would never return to this outlet ever again.

Was at NUH for lunch, Sharmeela was very helpful and swapped a portion of my meal because I had ordered the wrong item

Ripoff! I usually enjoy this chain, but the NUH branch was a letdown. My $8.80 burrito (+$0.30 for whole meal) had very little chicken compared to what I usually get at other locations. Counter staff were lovely and provided great service, the value for money is unworthy. Should have try the Birya-rito from Street Dabar (2 shop away) instead, $1.50 cheaper.
