I had many bad experiences at Stuffd branches mainly Lot One and Yewtee Point which I frequent alot. Being a regular customer, I noticed the staffs being very stingy with my order most of the time. Is this the way you all should treat a regular customer? On top of that I have noticed your staffs happily giving out free food to staffs from neighbouring eateries in front of my eyes as if they were entitled to get food free of charge. As a regular customer who enjoys your food, I feel very disappointed with the service. I hope you all look into this matter seriously. I also would like to highlight that some of the regular staffs from Lot One and especially the supervisor from YewTee Point, are very rude and stingy when serving me. On my disappointing last experience at YewTee Point, a usual staff made my daily bowl but the Indian Muslim supervisor decided to take away my daily bowl and redo my order all over again because I think she is accusing her staff for putting too much serving for me. When I asked her what the problem was, and even told her I would pay the extra charges if any, she rudely ignored me and even took my photo. I feel very offended and insulted. Does she think I cannot afford the food?! Mind you, if I cannot afford the food, I would not come everyday. Please look into this matter seriously and have her reprimanded because I don’t feel she is behaving well as an employee furthermore a manager. I did not argue as I was already late for work. I have attached a photo of the daily bowl made by her. The food we buy is not cheap so we expect at least a generous portion. Once again as a regular who comes everyday, I just want to highlight that I feel very cheated by the serving portions most of the time. Not to mention your rude and arrogant staffs too. Appreciate your kind response and hope the next time I come to any outlet, I will be treated with more respect.
