The food is nice as usual but for what I go to choose the ingredients when the staff don’t read it.

I am a regular customer of Stuffd and it always makes me angry when portion is not right or ingredients are missing. Today I ordered 2 portions of cabbage, ice berg lettuce and smoky egg mayo each but only received one each. How I know? Coz I was watching. This isnt the first time this has happened. At first I thought it was just me but I decided to observe a few times to see wether i was right. One time ordered buritto and had to tell the person I ordered two mash potato before it was wrapped and the person went "Oh.." then went back to add items. Seems like when they rush, they only look at ingredients and not the quantity and miss out items. Now I observe the person only put one serving each. I just realised its missing cucumbers also. Why do I have to stand there like a hawk just to make sure portions and items are correct? It isnt a nice feeling to have to do that. P.s.. before you reply with template answers that you do standard portions with weighing.. I have to tell you that I have been observing this for quite a while now with different orders just to make sure Im not making false allegations.

Date of Visit: 10 June 2026 My Foodpanda pickup order was scheduled for collection at 1:27 PM. I arrived at the outlet on time and enquired about my order, only to discover that it was not ready. After speaking with the staff, it became apparent that my order had been neglected and had not even been prepared. My foodpanda order paper was left resting on the machine. This defeats the purpose of using Foodpanda Pickup. Customers choose pickup to save time and avoid waiting, yet I had to wait just like customers placing orders directly at the store. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the order had already been marked as “picked up” in the app even though the outlet had not prepared the order yet, let alone handed it over to me. I eventually left the store at 1:40 PM, which was 13 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. This delay caused me to rush through my lunch in order to return before the end of my lunch break. I am disappointed by the poor handling of my order and would appreciate an explanation as to why the order was marked as picked up despite not being prepared.
