Visited their outlet at Suntec City on 19 March at 8:10pm looking for a fresh and healthy dinner option, only to be met with disappointment. Despite their stated closing time of 9pm, I arrived at 8:10pm to find the ordering kiosk already shut and the staff unwilling to accommodate. Upon speaking with the staff, I was informed that they were closing early due to being understaffed. However, I couldn't help but notice that there were two staff members present and an abundance of ingredients readily available. This left me perplexed as to why they couldn't fulfill their operating hours, especially during a time when customers rely on their consistency. While I understand the challenges of staffing shortages, it's important for businesses to communicate any changes to their operating hours transparently. I hope the issue can be addressed promptly to ensure a more reliable and satisfactory experience for their customers in the future.
