Standard kebab that wouldnt go wrong. My go to is the chicken kebab with roasted seaseme and honey mustard sauce. Queue can get long during lunch time ~10 min wait but it is still acceptable to me as turn over is fast. Will come whenever craving for kebab. Do note that this outlet does not have dine in seats for usage. Only take away.

I am a regular customer who has a collection of Stuff'D stickers at Novena SQ2. I am extremely disappointed with my order daily bowl. Initially, I patiently waited for 5 minutes while they were preparing online orders. I was fine with being ignored during that time since I understood the circumstances. However, what disappointed me the most was the fact that the server added very few base vegetables such as lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. I didn't mind because I knew I could still add 5 more toppings. When I finally started eating, I immediately noticed that the portion of chicken was so small that it tasted like minced chicken in just one spoonful. I felt cheated and unsatisfied, especially considering the price I paid, which was $8.60 for a total weight of 510 grams.

Under recommended weight. I seldom take notice until I saw the staff put so little Vege. Justification : omit tomato and onion Is like that... Wow. Clap for you. It wasn't like that for other outlets please. The malay lady attitude was bad. There was another time where they mixed up my kebab with another guy. I can only know when I reach office, open up and eat right? I don't recommend this outlet to anyone. Gosh.

I tried this place when I ran into it. It was 11am, so I got breakfast there. The queue actually started at the opposite side of the cashier, which I didn't know, but that's okay. I ordered a Mala Chicken Burrito (6.80) The service was alright; they were nice and tried to answer most of my questions as quick as they could. The burrito itself was excellent though. It had a tasty base, the vegetable portion was not too much which was actually good, and the rest of the toppings were delicious. The mala chicken was alright. It had the usual spiciness and all, but I felt like it was a little too sweet. Overall, great food and experience! Would definitely revisit.

Not happy with the service and food quality of this branch. I am a regular customer of this kebab brand. One time I waited for 5 mins when there were few staff working inside but no one attend to me. Another time I can see the flies flying around the vegetable bar but the staff just ignore until I pointed it out. Needs improvement.

The food and the service is great! Especially at the Novena branch. May I suggest that you guys change the opening time on Google to 11am instead of 1030am... I've been coming at 1030am many times only to be told by the staff that its opened at 1100am.

i had a wonderful experience at this particular outlet at novena square 2. all the staff were very professional in their work and they delivered my huge order or 60 burritos within 40mins. they are very efficient and effective. kudos to the team 👏👏👏. thank y'all very much!

I’ve bought the stuff’d at square 2 the food is amazing and the customer service at top notch kudos to the team and miss siva assist me very well and professional , all the served items fresh and amazing 🫶🏻🫶🏻 will keep on buying 💯

I’m gonna give two starts because I love their burrito. But service is sucks. Since I live few blocks away I used to eat regularly from this place. But recently I started experiencing bad customer service. May be the Staff is tired at night. But being a customer it’s not my problem. Today after staying in the queue for a while staff told me they don’t have chicken. But I noticed some chicken left in the bucket and they informed me that is for another order. If you don’t have enough quantities to serve you should inform that early or put that on a notice without wasting time. And this is not the 1st time this happened to me. You lost one customer today. Stuff’d Novena, better you do something to make the service efficient ask your staff to talk to customers pleasantly.

This is my first time try Stuff. D and it’s so disappointed,your food is good but your staff need to trained more on their behavioural and service attitude. Don’t even have any customer behind me also the Malay staff keep rushing me with bad attitude and asking me , I was looking at the choices on the board and she keep asking the same question what I want ? Like I’m deaf??? Hello? This attitude so many of my friends and colleagues don’t want to buy your food
